They did a perfect, non-trivial job on the carpet in my condo on the third floor. To do that with their truck-mounted devices for the best result, they communicated with me about possible spots to park their truck. They did a thorough analysis before coming with me and gave me a reasonable expectation and quote, which was the final amount I paid out of pocket. Very happy with both services we requested. Raymond and Sandra work as a team(he does the floors and she does cleaning.) Both were very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. We needed help with a townhouse that had been a rental to be cleaned up after the tenants moved out. The tenants did not keep anything up in the years they lived there and clearly the property manager we had been using obviously hadn't been doing regular inspections. It was pretty disgusting. All of the bathroom and kitchen floors were soiled and had stained grout. Raymond was able to clean and reseal the floors to the point that they looked brand new. Sandra did an awesome job on the windows and general cleaning. She also went above and beyond and removed disgusting gunk from inside the oven and the stove top and all the sticky grease splattered on the backsplash.
