I believe there are 2 parts to a review of any Home Service, The first part is how responsive the company is to a request for service. Steamer Pros called me back immediately and was here within two days of my initial contact with them (and they arrived on time). They reviewed the carpet and rugs to be cleaned, gave me 3 "packages" to choose from, and got the job done withing a couple of hours. Very professional service all the way. The second part is the quality of the work done. My carpets hadn't been cleaned since "pre-COVID" days, and it showed. The results of their cleaning were beyond what I expected could be accomplished, given the condition of the very-old carpets. I am thoroughly pleased with the final results. Lastly, I just want to add that working with Ray (and his daughter, Olivia?}, was a pleasure. We had a few black and yellow stains on our carpets (we have a puppy), which we had to live with for a while now. I used the do-it-yourself industrial vacuum cleaner from Safeway (Doctor Rug), but it did not help. Over the weekend, I set up an appointment with Steamer Pros and immediately got contacted by text messages and closed on an estimate and an appointment. The team came in on time (I got a 30 min text notice before they arrived), and in 1.5 hours, all work was done, and all stains were gone. They also reached out to me 24 hrs later to check if none of the stains came back and even asked for pictures. The following day they came back (at no charge) to do minor fixes. Their communication was excellent, straightforward and informative, describing their process and techniques for addressing the stain in my carpet. This was far more information than what I received from other carpet cleaning services that also provided bids. They really care about getting the job done right, as they returned to do a special treatment after the first treatment didn't remove enough of the stubborn stain. They were eager and prompt to get that stain out. After that second special treatment, the stain was finally removed, and they didn't charge me extra.
