I asked what she was doing and she abruptly stopped and walked away getting another sytlist. No remorse, no apology. Ive never experienced a salon visit like this especially from Salon Voss. It was around 4:30p on a Saturday when I called, and the business closes at 6. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment at 5:15p. The location was easy to find in a small shopping center. The inside was impressive and quaint; small but well put together. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. I was there at closing and saw how well each area was cleaned after customers left. Overall I absolutely loved this experience and would return in the future.
