The esthetician that provided my Brazilian service was Leila. She was AMAZING! I was a little sweaty from getting a little nervous because it was a while since I had my last wax, in addition to the sweat pants (that made it no better) but she reassured me that we would get through the service. She took her time and didn't rush. She was gentle and kept me distracted from anticipating every strip. I genuinely enjoyed my service today and would highly recommend European Wax. I then called and spoke to the manager who said she was processing it and i would get a refund and that the Waxpass would be canceled. A week later i just got billed for the next quarter, and no refund has shown up. I've contacted corporate twice and am waiting to hear back from the manager. So if you remotely think you may want to cancel, be prepared for a tedious process that wont resolve quickly.

My first couple visits were for spray tans, which were perfect. Very natural looking. They give me confidence in the summer to show-off my legs. The sessions are timely & comfortable. She is thorough drying me off, making sure the spray doesn't stain my feet, hands and nails. I never leave feeling that tackiness most spray tans can leave you with all day. I am able to put my clothes on and go about my day! Not only does Christina excel in spray tans, but she gives the best & most relaxing facials. The only issue I had was I couldn't stay & sleep--since I was incredibly relaxed. My skin felt years younger. The products she uses are medical grade too. Girl, Im not your friend. Im your customer. The third appointment, I had to reschedule because I was outside the door waiting at 3:50 pm (that's when my appointment was), and she kept saying couple minutes behind. 4:10 came and thats when she finally said "you can come in." Ma'am, thats when were supposed to be done with the wax not starting. So I rescheduled. This last appointment, she was running 7 minutes late, and same thing no apologies. Today, she burned me and she was so sarcastic and said, "If it turns into a third degree, then you can sue me." Like why would you say that? She keeps saying she never burned anyone before and educating me about our body temperature and how the wax is not 100 degrees. I showed her the burned spot and she still insisted it is not from the wax and it was from my underwear. If you can't apologize for running late all the time and treat your customers like shit maybe you shouldn't be in the customer service business? Also, you shouldn't be running a business with that attitude of yours. Disgusting.
