I needed some work done on some very old (1960's) plumbing and some of the work needed to be done quickly. Michael was able to make time in the schedule to get the priority work done right away. He was able to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced and why those things needed to be repaired or replaced. He also included pictures, which I appreciate because I am not a plumber... And when I called him two weeks after the work was done because something wasn't working, he came right out (the problem ended up having nothing to do with the work he had done). I liked his attitude so much I was very hopefull and wanted to help him get up and running here in Idaho. I even loaned him money when he needed a new family vehicle. Come to find out that all of the photos he showed me were built by other pool contractors that he simply worked for. I learned a valuable lesson as everything he touched was done wrong. Horribly wrong. I have since spoken with other people that hired Jake to work on their pools and it was one horror story after another.
