When I was ready to paint, I called manufacturer to ask a few questions. He said to NOT use the additive as it was for new concrete only. Went back to Nina to purchase more paint and return additive. I was told they dont refund/exchange the additive due to people using it, then filling with junk liquid and returning. The tabs weren't even cut..totally sealed container. Was told I need to return to manufacturer on 75th ave...I live in Queen Creek. Manufacturer only open til 3 pm M-F. I would need to take time off work to get there during business hours. What a joke, I will never use Nina again as it was their sales person that told me I needed this product when I didnt. Manufacturer said if I would have used it, the paint wouldn't have stuck.

After we left, the only other person who also was not being addressed ended up walking out. Embarrassing.

They were on time, worked to resolve the issue and then explained how to avoid the same issue in the future. I can not say enough great things about Arnold Machinery. I mixed it and began working and in about 10 min the product started smoking in the bucket so I had to stop the process. When I went in the guy I spoke to was basically there is nothing wrong with the product and stuff luck for you. Terrible customer service. I spent over 10,000 with them in 2018 and I will never go back. They lost another 10,000 or more for this year because of attitude. Great business model. Keep up the good work.
