From killing all vegetation in September to now, the change is dramatic, the grass came in like they said it would, and they've been out twice this spring to reseed small patches and fill in where seed was either washed away by fall rain, or maybe eaten by birds. It's not even finished filling in, and we already have the best yard in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about them. They told us they were by no means the cheapest guys in town, but pride themselves on being the best. We only bid the job to 2 other companies recommended by the BBB, but neither was as prompt or detailed regarding the quote we asked to have prepared. My request was in their files but the pre-emergent treatment was done. I called and was told I did not have to pay for the treatment and that I was planting late for seed to develop. While that was true I was told by a reputable seed distributer that it was a viable option. I was not going to pay for a treatment I did not want so that did not address the issue of the time, effort, and expense expended on the spot seeding already done. I requested that they spot seed for me in the fall. They said they could not do that. As a loyal customer, my request was that they repair damage done. They could have done that but would not do that. Misplaced loyalty on my part.
