Less then 1 year later the new paint is already peeling off. Here we are 2 years later and we are trying to get to repair the now awful looking paint job. Quote for repairs is reasoreasonable but we cannot seem to get them to commit to a day or show up. Just so disappointed. Also, the gutters do not drain properly. They lean from the weight of the water and are not angled as the should be. Wish we spent our money elsewhere.

Replacing the roof was very important to me and a significant financial undertaking after both the hail storm of August 2023 and May 2025 that I deliberatly put off until a leak from the attic I experienced in the latter half of the year. The price was reasonable for class 4 shingles and solar panel removal on a 3-story roof. The roofing work was done on schedule. All planning previous with material delivery and removal were on schedule. The workers were diligent and thorough with removing the fallen nails after cleanup per my request. I also appreciate Daniel's office staff with scheduling and documentation with insurance working between me and one other decision-maker in the quote process. I really appreciate the work done and willingness to warranty inspect after a year.

Donald showed up at my house the same day and inspected the roof. He told me to contact my insurance company and let him know the date and time the adjuster would come out. So when I called him to confirm he would be available, he informed me that he's no longer working in Austin. Hmmnnn....he didn't know that 3 days earlier! Really??? Now I have to find another roof contractor and call my insurance back and look like the crazy one! Shady...just shady.

What matters is that I called ATX, and they treated me seriously, never questioning the warranty or what might have happened. Two crew members came over the same day and made a temporary fix. A few days later, the repairs were entirely done. ATX stood behind their work and honored the warranty they had given us four years earlier. That kind of customer care is all too rare.

He personally met with my claim adjuster when he showed up, and pointed out everything that needed attention. He spent extra time making sure we knew what was needed, and what will be involved with the repair. He even alerted me to get approval from my HOA to approve a slight change in color of our requested shingles. So, I had my roof replaced today, and everything looks great!
