I have been here three times now and every time I come through Pulaski from now on I am getting a pizza to take home and some marinara to go. I wish we had a pizza place close to our house like this The pizza is awesome every time and the staff is always pleasant and on the top of their game. This time we were here with my daughter and the owner came over and said hello to us and we talked to him about how good the food was he offered our daughter more food to go. Again the staff was also top notch and that 3 cheese garlic pizza was the bomb. If you are in the area don't bother going anywhere else to eat just come here. Food was OK service was a stone cold young lady who should do something new for a job. I asked her what she liked on the menu, she replied"I don't know" with a cound not care less. Ordered a large pizza and crispy chicken salad for pick up (they use doordash). Upon arrival, the salad was ready but pizza wasn't. The owner said, "the doordash order for the pizza just came through a minute ago, we are making it now. There's something wrong with doordash." ...Even though the order receipt sitting on the salad container had the pizza listed, and there was deep fried chicken on the salad . After 15 minutes, two pizza boxes were set on the counter and a server said "you're all set." Everyone disappeared. We were confused, so we checked the boxes. They were both our pizza order, but it was one large and one small. No explanation was given, so we left with our order. After getting home, we realized why - The large pizza had a huge hole in the middle. No crust, just wet sloppy toppings - it had apparently stuck or was too thin and ripped. It's obvious now, that was the reason for the delay. We would've been understanding if it was communicated that the pizza had to be remade. Instead, we received a ripped messy large and a small. (Neither of which were thin crust or crispy, as requested). Most bizarre take on "customer service" ever experienced. Happy they have green olives as a topping though! read more

We've always had excellent service and great food here. This evening we were a party of 8 (4 couples). I ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings. When it was delivered there were two toppings only one of which was what I ordered. I told the server it was incorrect. Our server seemed flustered and in over her head. Another server asked what was wrong & offered to remake the pizza. But didn't want to wait as everyone else was digging in to their food. I suggested that if they would take 50% off, I'd be willing to eat what was delivered rather than making a new one. She said that if you want to keep it that they would just comp the item. I was impressed that she offered more than I asked for. Our server continued to be disorganized often having to correct items she brought or having to be asked multiple times for things like drink refills. A manager came over and asked about the order and I told him one of the servers said they would comp the pizza. The others at the table heard what she said. But the manager said, "We don't do that." I said, but your employee stated it would be comped. The manager walked away & then left the restaurant (which I didn't realize right away). When the bill came there was 10% off the pizza. I objected, but since the manager had left some poor young guy who seemed to be functioning as an asst manager said there was nothing else he could do. He even texted his manager who just confirmed the 10% off. I told this poor guy that I understood that his hands were tied, that he didn't have the authority to adjust anything, and I was not mad at him. But that when an employee tells me that an item will be comped, I expect the business to stand by that. So I paid the bill, NOT happily!! Meanwhile the server was having trouble getting appropriate containers for our leftovers. She had to be asked multiple times for containers. I left a small tip, much smaller than my usual 30+%. Again, we've always had very positive experiences here, but this evening was terrible on two fronts: very poor service from our server AND a manager who would not acknowledge or stand by what his employee said about comping an incorrect item. One of the best places for pizza and wings! Ordered for an event at my store for the employees, and WOW! Chicken wings were crisp on the outside moist in the middle, and fantastic flavor.....I ordered medium. The pizza was amazing, crisp edges tons of cheese (didn't even order extra cheese), and the buffalo chicken pizza was soooooo flavorful. I plan on ordering from here every time I'm in Pulaski, and would ride the bike for a quick day trip just to have it again! read more

Family owned business with predictably delicious Italian food and solid service. I've had 2 meals here and they were great tasting and reasonably priced. Pasta carbonara was served in a large bowl with a plethora of bacon. Creamy, full of flavor, bacon in every bite with fresh pasta, boom sauce! They serve a side salad that is typical and plain. I liked the dressing and the salad was not bad, just simple. A huge Highlite to the meal is they have Peroni on tap. $4 for a pint. Great meal. The other meal I ordered was Chicken Parm with ziti. It comes out with two breaded fried breasts with a layer of melted cheese. On the side you get red gravy on ziti. This meal also comes with fresh baked roles with butter and a side salad, I went with Caesar. I think this is the better choice. The dinning area is family style, comfortable booths with big tables. They have a couple of TVs with sports on. Parking is all around the building and it is easy to get in and out. I look forward to eating here again. read more

You could tell that it was family owned by all the baby pictures on the wall but it didn't distract from the amazing Italian food. It's not every time you eat an Italian restaurant you get to have garlic knots soaked in garlic butter. They were flavorful and delicious. Huge menu options but we went with the pasta. Bolognese angel hair, and rigatoni vodka, just like grandma used to make. The music wasn't too loud, the atmosphere was a delight, and it was clear that all ages were welcome. Simply said, I just love this place! It is certainly a local, family run establishment which I tend to like over chain locations. The pizza and wings here are outstanding! It is that simple. The the large pizzas are good sized (we only get large... that is how good they are) and always come with plenty of toppings! No, refrozen stuff here! Now, if you're a health nut, you may not like this aspect, but in my book, "one" of the characteristics of a great pizza is that a small pool of grease will form in the center of the pizza... if you've never seen this, then you've not had great pizza and you can do so by coming right here. The wings here are also outstanding. They don't fool around with undersized chicken parts where the wing is about the size of your pinkey or thumb.... no way... here they are much larger. These wings have a ton of meat on them. They also offer several degrees of heat, so most likely they'll accommodate the various desires of any group or family coming here wanting to share some wings. This place can get packed, so you need to time it right. We've found getting here on the tad early size works well! Oh yea... and I can't forget about the staff.
