Have tried several menu items & all have been excellent!! Best pizza in the whole county! Their place is small but cozy & smells so good inside it's hard to decide what to order. Everything looks & smells so good my bunch wants it all, lol. The owners are the sweetest people ever, very accommodating & attentive. Once got a flat tire on my way to pick up my order. They stayed over & let me get my order well after closing time...who else would do that! I had called to cancel but they convinced me to get there when I could. My order was excellent, warm, & not all dried out from waiting. The Passarellas do business the old fashion way, their customers are their top priority & they treat them all like family. Ordered a fish dinner only comes with one side , my wife got fish sandwich comes with chips. Ask what we wanted to drink said water . They brought out two bottles of water. Fish was ok a little small and not many fries. Wife's fish was overcooked. Got the bill 43.00 plus a tip . They charge 5.00 a bottle for water. Should have went to the Grist Mill down the road . Cozy family restaurant. Friendly and attentive service from the owners. Food is always excellent and filling. Forgot to take pics in the restaurant so my pictures are of my leftovers the next day. Alfredo is creamy and delicious and not too heavy, just needs a touch of salt which is an easy add at the table. Garlic knots are soft and pillowy and super garlicky, just how I like them. We were reluctantly stopping at the diner up the road because we were starving and it was packed and we didn't know of another place in Parish, so we searched and found this GEM! Rose and her husband are the business owners, he cooks and she tends to the customers. She was so happy to see us walk in, as there were only people picking up to go orders. She saw that I was cold and had us sit at a table with the vents below and she cranked up the heat right beneath me. She recommended a Barefood Strawberry Fruitscato for our wine and it wound up being our favorites that we have ever tried. The hot wings were our app, they were tender, juicy and the sauce was amazing. Our entrees were their house specialty "pasta pie" which, simply put, is a supreme pizza with noodles instead, it was phenomenal; And the chicken and broccoli Alfredo which was also great, creamy with the right amount of garlic and both came with a salad to start. Rose was so pleasant, she told us stories, and within minutes our plates were served by both her and her husband, the chef. This place is top notch. Quaint little Italian restaurant run by Mom and Pop, and they are both excellent cooks! We had calzones, calamari and chicken Parm with ziti pasta. We haven't gotten bad food on any of our visits. We last had the fish dinner on a Friday night and to our surprise we each got two pieces of haddock. The coleslaw was perfect. They have a bar with no bartender. When you order a beer (if they get to you) they just give it to you with the cap on. The prices are crazy high for the service. This is the same for food. They rarely have specials and prices vs quantity is high compared to other local places. They'd do great to have a two for one night and appetizer specials. read more

We just had a "late night" supper here. (8pm on a Friday) We've had Pizza here before but this was our first dinner. I learned that the locally famous Yolanda Wright once had their dish I ate--and raves about it. She was right on the mark! Jeff and I shared the Pasta Pie ( and ordered an extra salad so we each had one). Dinner came with two slices of Italian bread and seasoned butter. The salads were an iceberg mix with cukes, red onion, tomatoes and Italian hot peppers. The Italian dressing was delish! But the best surprise was the pasta pie itself! Easily enough for two to share. A flavorful concoction of pasta, cheese, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and mushrooms. All baked with more cheese. Did I mention cheese? I had heard good things about this restaurant so I had recommended to my friend that we try it. We both ordered Calzones she had mushrooms and olives in hers and I had a meatball Calzone. She had a water to go with hers and I had a bottle of diet coke unfortunately we didn't pay much attention to the bill when we received it because we had a meeting at the church in Camden and we needed to get going. She was charged $13.84 for her calzone and water mine came to $13.50. I realized after we left that didn't seem right because according to the menu the calzones were $6.95 each with one topping .75 cents additional for more than one the water was $1.50 and the soda was $1.99 my friend was informed if you used a credit card there would be and additional 3% charge. When I called to ask about the difference in the price I was told that the prices in the menu were 6 years old and that the soda was actually $2.70 cents not $1.99 I was also informed that they charge .50 cents for the take out box. When I asked how much the calzone was I was told that she could not find my ticket from the night before and she was busy with other customers but she could give me a dollar back. I left a tip of $2.50 how stupid am I so I paid $16.00 for a calzone and a bottle of coke got me once won't happen twice. I never heard of a place that makes up their prices seems a little unethical. I feel bad that I suggested this place to my friend and she got ripped off too NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT. THEY HAVE FUZZY MATH. read more

This is a quaint little place in the village of Parish. I have only had the pizza so I cannot make claims about other items on the menu. What I can say is that their pizza is worth traveling miles to pick up. Plenty of toppings and they do not skimp on those. It is very reasonably priced as well. The good parts, the food is good, and the wait staff and owners are friendly. The bad parts, there is too little space for the amount of seating they've crammed into their tiny dining room. they don't actually have drinks, you get charged for bottled water, and a large amount for cheap bottled water. If I can buy a case for $3.00, you have no reason to charge me $2.75 for it. Menu items had prices blacked out with permanent marker and replaced with nothing. Once the food was served we were swarmed with flies, which made me want to call the health department. Not one or two, but dozens, in a closed dining area. I was kind of grossed out, but figured it might have just been a fluke, due to the season, so I let it slide. When the bill came we were informed there'd be a surcharge for using a credit/debit card to pay. A little messed up, but it's a small family establishment, so we said OK. I know that retailers get hit for a small percentage on sales, but they usually eat that cost themselves because the increased sales pay for it. Who carries cash these days? The actual fee was 14%. I got salad there that was 9.99 on the menu, with my drink, the surcharge and a modest tip, it went over $20.00. Would not recommend. read more
