The service is great the food even better! I grew up in cato and they made the crust and pizza the same way. Brings back memories. And the ambiance is good, and it would be nice to sit and eat it there if get a slice but the dining room is not open. Understandable since the pandemic alot of business were hurt and also shut down in store eating. So i understand. But if your looking for some of the best pizza around this is the place. read more

I ordered from here on 11/14/20. I placed an order over the phone. When the person answered I asked what comes in the stuffed pizza, they answered, sausage, mushrooms, ham, and pepperoni. They did not say cheese so I asked if there was cheese. The person that answered my call now sounded annoyed, and they answered "yes of course there is cheese" it sounded kinda rude. Now let's get to the end of the call. They said "you are calling Central Square " and "I say I hope so I'm only down the road and this is my first time ordering from here". I guess they ask this because they have other shops up north.Once again they sounded annoyed. They said it will be ready in 25 mins and they were about to hang up and I said "you didn't take my name or phone number", and you guessed it they were annoyed at my question. They stated they use caller I.D. and they had all they needed. Ok 25 minutes later and time to pick up! I'm excited to try this stuffed pizza. I walk in I see the counter person. They were not to welcoming. So I say I'm here to pick order for Mike. The person at counter then says we don't have an order for Mike. I then say" I tried to give my name and number when I called". And whoever took my order sad that wasn't necessary.Then they say "we have one for Michael " yep thats me. I asked this person if they were the one that took my order. They were extremely annoyed at that question when they said a lot of people answered the phone there. Well that reaction tells me that it was probably them. Now a little good there was three other employees that came around while I was picking up. So on my way out it was probably the cook he said thanks for coming have a good night and to come back soon. At least thete are some friendly employees here. Now for the food. The stuffed pizza was great. It was full of toppings and cheese. The mushrooms had a fantastic taste. The ingredients blended well. The crust was very fluffy and tasty. It was cooked well and tasted good. I would love to taste the other food especially a pizza from here. I don't think I will go back anytime soon because of the person on the phone and the counter person. Especially after I told this person it was my first time ordering from here and they couldn't treat me with some courtesy, to hopefully have a returning loyal customer. I will probably just keep ordering from the other pizza places just on the other side of the bridge on rt11 in Brewerton. read more

Nona Dinas is mine and my wife's favorite pizza spot, for starters the pizza is always hot and the sauce is very good. For me a pizza can be ruined by bland sauce and this place has very flavorful sauce. The wings are never over cooked and the hot sauce has the perfect amount of heat that will never hide the flavor of the sauce. My wife loves the aurora sauce which I believe is a blend of all of there wing sauces in one odd concoction, I'm personally not a fan. The appetizers are all very good from the loaded French fries to the jalapeño poppers, never greasy and always hot and crispy! By far my favorite thing here to eat are the calzones, they are big and very affordable and my god the sauce they give you on the side is probably the best tasting sauce I've ever had! I wish they would bottle it for purchase. They also offer Italian dinners that come with a nice side salad and fresh garlic knots, many nights not knowing what to cook for dinner I've opted to order some chicken parm or spaghetti and meatballs. But the number one thing that stands out for me is the owner, a very down to earth guy. This is my regular pizza spot and I would recommend it to anybody that wants great food! read more

I made a larger order for a Friday lunch for myself and the coworkers and it was ready for me in 20 minutes. Usually it's 45 minutes minimum for larger orders from other places, so i was very impressed. As far as the food goes, the best garlic knots hands down, tasty meatballs sub and the calzones are obese and delicious. As far as the pizza goes, they are tied for my favorite and they have yet to let me down in the slightest. Prices are good and the owner seems like a great guy. Keep making awesome food! read more

As of recently I started ordering from here about 4 times a week n usually the same exact order . Tonight was no different I ordered guy repeated it boom done right ... no order was wrong I called back First Lady was very rude n argumentative telling me no I didn't order that then preceded to give the phone over to another guy wich was also rude and telling me no I didn't and that they repeated it full pep they weren't even the ones that took the order .... I'll never order from here again they have completely lost my business just on the rudeness alone . read more

Living in a small town gives us limited choices for places willing to deliver. Nonna Dina is so much better than any other pizza shop in our area. We ate here once to try it out. We ordered garlic pizza, garlic wings and garlic knots. Yes we like garlic. First off we live a block away and the delivery guy could not find us. Our food arrived cold and burnt. The pizza did not taste garlicky at all and the chicken wings were dinky. Our garlic knots were burnt black. Best pizza place within a 35 min drive of Pulaski. We drive 20 miles to get pizza from here. Coming from NJ we expected the pizza to suck like all the other pizzerias around here but we were pleasantly surprised. This pizza is just as good as NYC/North Jersey pizza- so much so it's worth the drive for us any day. Love Nona Dina's! read more

ok final update, pizza is back to the original deliciousness, owner musta had to cut corners for a while on purpose or by accident, we will never know, hopefully it stays or it will be their demise like most pizzeria's, but food it really good here, reminds me a little of avicolli's taste/style pizza. As far as delivery, unless you cant help it, never get food delivered from anywhere, always pickup or eat in, you are simply asking for trouble from anywhere when you call for food to be delivered, ya hope to get lucky when you do but expect the worst or mediocre at best if you decide on delivery. read more
