I never felt that at Esmeralda's. I walked in (no appointment), they were a little busy but let me take a look and try on dresses. They asked if I had a style and once I showed them my vision they found me multiple dresses exactly what I wanted. Never asked me if I had a budget or stoped me from trying on a size to big or small. A few days later they charged my card on their own with out me being there or approving that. I had to dispute it with my credit card. If they can pull up your card info and just charge me I only wonder what other shady things they do to other people. Stay far away from this fraudulent store!!!!
