Then as I was calling Sherman's, the drivers unloaded the machines WITHOUT PROTECTION onto a gravel driveway and left. I was told they'd refund the delivery and installation fee, but I could either move it myself or let it sit outside in the elements until they could schedule another delivery team in a couple days. Go anywhere else. This place didn't even try to make it right, and that's after spending like $6-7k in the last two weeks at their store.
