We had been receiving private lessons and the instructor himself (Jorge) is great, the rest of the store is blah. Staff will generally not speak to you unless they have to. Management is non-existent. No voice mail, no email address, and the contact form only accepts a couple hundred characters. It's almost like they go out of their way to tell the client "We don't want to hear from you." Your lessons have an expiration date that they try to claim is to encourage people to stay current, which I don't buy. They also will charge you for about a month's worth of lessons at a time, so when you cancel, you're still on the hook for a bit longer. No business owner worth their salt accepts money for service they don't provide, or for poor service. Do better. We cancelled our private lessons and will drive past it to continue because of the apathetic service. Hard pass.

My family financed a flute from this company and for 3 years I never had a problem with my payments. When it came to MY LAST PAYMENT I needed a few days extension (due to an unforseen expense) and the company couldn't do that. There was only one card I could use for the payment and that resulted in me incurring an overdraft fee. Even though I have not work for 1 year I still made my payments on time and there was nothing that customer service could do for me. I had never asked for an extension the entire time I had "a contract" with them. When you call customer service it takes 30 mins - 3+ hours for a representative to pick up the call. When I called about getting an extension I had 2 representatives disconnect my call. DO NOT DO ANY FINANCING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

And have no idea why a third relative is necessary. Also if this was better explained at the point of sale it would have eased a lot of my frustration. ORIGINAL REVIEW This place is awful. We were sent there by my child's elementary school. It was the only choice we were given which makes it so much worse. They have very poor business practices. They require a social security number which they keep written down which is very poor security practice. Also they require spouses name address phone and an additional relative's name, address and phone. I understand checking my drivers license and keeping information including credit card on file but all of this is unreasonable. Further it definitely should not be kept on a single piece of paper. Further we are renting because my daughter has never played violin and she may hate it. But they require a 32 month contract! This is for fifth grade, yet the contract goes through the end of seventh grade. That is also not reasonable. The staff were also rude. When I complained and questioned these things I was told I could purchase the instrument out right if I didn't like it. Again this was the only option given to us by the school. The owner appeared on the parents meeting zoom call. If he is going to work directly with the school he should have better business practices.

We were helped right away and the person working was very knowledgeable. I was happy with the service overall and the expense of the rental versus having to buy outright. They have a great program in place for all the local schools.
