I never visited the store, but saw the photos. I initially spoke to Patrick who was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. It was quite a simple process. I put a deposit down to hold the piano until we could secure a rug to put under. Fortunately, we found a rug within days. I called back and spoke with Zachary who took care of the remaining balance and assured me someone would be in contact soon about delivery. This was right before the holiday weekend, but sure enough, right after the holiday, I received a text letting me know they could deliver the next day if I was available. As luck would have it, I was free that day. The delivery drivers gave me a delivery window and contacted me again when they were about 30 minutes away. Once they arrived, it was a very quick process. They brought everything in and assembled it quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were finished. I have read some of the other reviews and I'm a bit confused. There was no price change... the price was listed on the website so I knew exactly how much this was going to cost. They delivered exactly what I had seen on the website and received a very good deal. The delivery people were very professional and it was overall a very easy experience. I wish more things were this professional and simple. I did look at other stores but mostly settled on Alamo Music because they had what I was looking for on hand. But if I were to buy anything else again, I would 100% go back to them. Patrick and Zachary were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I can't recommend this store enough.
