About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator. When you open the hood you can literally see the oil all over the engine bay and no oil in the car. When you put oil in it pours out. I explained this to the owner over the phone and he disagreed. He said that he has a 30 year airforce veteran mechanic that looked at it. The owner continued to say that he would be willing to put more time into the issue if we paid $500+ to replace the radiator. "Time is money" He continued to say. I explained that the vehicle was towed there so I would have to get it towed out if we did not fix the oil issue. I went to the garage to get the car towed out and brought him out to look at it. There was oil everywhere. It became obvious to me that know one had looked at my grandmothers car there. I said "I will just bring my grandmothers vehicle to a shop that will look at it" The owner responded by saying "Good we don't want your business here anyways time is money" Avoid this place at all costs.
