We had to jump from chair to chair about three times to have all these different women pick up where the last woman left off. The design I chose was simple (I've been doing my nails for years now and this is one of the simplest designs I've chosen) but for some reason they still struggled to understand what to do and how to do it. Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that. It's also extremely clean; All of the tools are freshly packaged, there are liners in the tubs for pedicures, and the thing that they scrub your heel with is a single use stick on! My polish looks perfect and they were not too harsh around the cuticles which a lot of other places I've been to are. The woman that took care of me was lovely but her skills are questionable. My nails (toenails) were not buffed properly and they are lumpy looking. Not cool. Will need to have this redone in a few days when I get time. THIS will prevent me from ever returning. The savings from my previous salon is meaningless now...as I have to pay all over again. An aside...it's over 90 degrees today. The ac was on but they insisted on keeping the door open making that useless. I mentioned it, and got a blank look. It had to be over 80 degrees in the salon. This place is my go to nail salon. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I'm always…read moresatisfied with my nails. They are a bit on the pricier side especially when you get a design but I don't get my nails done elaborately that often for it to be a problem. I usually don't have an issue getting the appointment I want if I call at least 2 days in advance but I've also never been there on the weekends so I can't speak for that. However, they are usually busy by 3pm during the week.
