My first time coming to Stellar lash one of the artist did my lashes and she was beyond amazing they lasted forever and were perfect I would give a full 5 star. I couldn't remember her name and I was bummed because I wanted to rebook with her, but instead I got the eyelash artist Marley. When I went with Marley the lashes were already falling out by the time I got home and my right eye lashes was clumped/glued together. This is going to ruin my natural lashes when these extensions fall out. I also asked for a hybrid fill and what I got was all volume there was no classics. I drove an hour to get my eyelashes done and I couldn't even get my lashes filled again this time because of how bad they were. Now I have to wait for them to fall out to get them filled. And now I will be having to pay for them to get removed and put on a full new set again. read more

LOVE Kyra and her work! I've worn lash extensions for about a year previously, using two different lash techs. I then took a break for several months (post eye surgery). Took a chance on someone new this time around and I'm SO glad I did! Kyra is super-responsive, and my lashes look so natural (I have classic lashes with a few volume lashes mixed in). When I moved to Phoenix last June I decided to try lashes again (after a 6 year hiatus because of a horrible experience in the past). So I did A LOT of searching before deciding on Kyra and Stellar Lash, and I am so happy I found her. She is amazing at lashes! I wanted to express my concerns regarding Stellar. I loved coming here because of the stylist Mai, who did a phenomenal job. Now that she's no longer there I truly do not want to go there anymore. They wanted to reschedule my last appointment so I went to someone else. Today I had to get a fill and I did not want to go back there so I went to a different location. The girl who was doing my fill expressed that my lashes we're stuck together and that's why I was consistently itchy and swollen. Her recommendation was for me to remove them and take a break from lashes. My real lashes are now short because the wrong size was put on my lashes so they wore them down. I would have recommended everyone to go here and now I am would not recommend it. read more

At 5 pm tonight I had a Groupon experience it is now 8:30 pm and my skin is broken and I am still picking off wax. This was truly the worst waxing experience I've had in 20 years upon arriving "vi" who never introduced herself till after torturing me was rude. Upon arrival I asked about additional services the friendly Receptionist said they did lip wax but "vi " again never introduced abruptly said she didn't have time. When I asked about a ladies room before having my scheduled Brazilian she was even ruder rolling her eyes. now I was terrified at this point, I told her let's just do bikini wax. After fewer than 10 minutes she said you're re done. Looking down I respectfully said you've missed bits. Huffing and puffing she did a bit more and without offering any cleaning off or even aloe she just walked out. you are forewarned Vi is your worst waxing nightmare. Tomorrow I am calling the owner. This person Should never be allowed to treat customers in this manner. will Add the place is clean and the receptionist is lovely. But for one of the most intimate services this is a freaking nightmare with "vi" unsanitary, painful and you are subjected to the rudest of individuals read more
