The contracts and logistics departments work tirelessly with the technicians to once again take care of the client and customer. However on July 7th I visited the store because I had to get a new phone and he was off that day. I had the pleasure of meeting Melvin and Glenda. My situation was a bit complicated and they both teamed up to help me in anyway that they could. They were very patient, their customer service should be well over 10+ star's, their energy upon showing how much they actually care about their customers and made me feel welcomed. Now that Melvin and Glenda helped me solve my phone issue and helping me decide on which phone fits best for me, I know now that there's two other employees at this location that are just as trustworthy, will take the time to help me with whatever I need, and really take pride in what they do. They're very knowledgeable and extremely inviting. The team that has been built at this location are far from boring, and really made my day when I walked out that door.
