They sent me all the documents online and I was able to square it all away ahead of time. The front desk was also very nice, and personable. It was also easy to find their office at Alaska Regional. They really listened to my issues and all of the nitty gritty details, and felt thorough in going through my medical history. I felt very respected and heard by Dr. Troxell and her nurse when it came to many medical issues I've been experiencing. She was informative and gentle in conducting the emg. I also have a huge fear of needles and she did a super job at reassuring me and being cautious in delivery. I didn't feel dismissed here and that feeling is incredible to have a physician be collaborative in diagnostics and treatment. Coming here felt like I'm finally getting something in getting answers.

I went in and the HVAC was not working and the room was very hot. They told me they could get me a bunch of fans. The room was really dirty. I'll do an online at home study for under $200.

I had my own private room that was set up like a regular bedroom except a lot nicer! It had at least a queen size bed, recliner chair, dressers and even a large TV that I could watch whatever I wanted! They even bought me Starbucks and Subway the next day. BTW...they let me come in on a Friday night through Saturday so I didn't have to miss any work! I've had sleep studies in the past (at other clinics of course) and they had it set up like a hospital room with a tiny hospital bed and a window that they stared at you like you were contagious or something. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone needing a sleep study. This place is just amazing and goes above and beyond in every aspect. A+++ Thank you for everything.

As soon as my new patient paperwork was done, I was led back to the exam room where the assistant Brandi was cheerful, bubbly and professional. The x-rays were taken right there in the dentist chair and were super fast and the images popped right up on a display in front of me. The dentist Dr. Easley came in, looked over the x-rays and then did a physical exam. The two communicated well together, working quickly, but without feeling like it was rushed. It was amazing how much information was relayed in those few short minutes. Overall, this was the single best experience I have ever had in the dentist chair.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the care I received. After years of going to…read moreanother ENT clinic that was later sold and renamed, I spent nearly two frustrating years being given the runaround with no real answers or solutions for my condition. That all changed the moment I met Valerie. Within just one hour of my first visit, she took the time to truly listen, thoroughly evaluate my situation, and accurately diagnose the severity of what I've been dealing with. For the first time, I felt heard and taken seriously. While my previous doctor told me there was nothing that could be done, Valerie immediately took action. She has already scheduled me for a tonsil removal in the next 30 days to address the recurring infections and strep throat I've suffered through--three times in the past 11 months. On top of that, she identified additional concerns, referred me to the appropriate specialists for my GERD, and put me on a clear path toward real healing. For years, I've lived with constant pain, discomfort, and vocal cord damage that has affected my ability to speak and function normally. In just one visit, Valerie and her team gave me hope, direction, and a plan. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion I experienced here is truly exceptional. I was taken care of from day one, and it's clear this team genuinely cares about their patients. If you're looking for real answers and providers who will actually take the time to help you--this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend.

Today was disappointing... not so much about the level of care but based on when I called originally a few weeks ago to see if they treat a specific condition, I was told they do and have a few patients. Well, it turns out in less than 10 minutes, I'm told by the doctor that nothing can be done for me. That was extremely disappointing, it wasted money, a couple hours of my day to take time off work, drive into town and so on. It would be much better for the staff to know that something specific can't be treated rather than waste time for all parties, money and dash hope. As for everything else, check-in was prompt and I was taken back shortly after my scheduled appointment. The young man asking me questions didn't understand what I was being seen for and admittedly said he didn't know what to ask me. I didn't take offense, it's fairly rare. The doctor came in quickly, we spoke for a few minutes, mostly telling me things I already knew and unfortunately he told me there was nothing that could be done and I made my way to check out. I imagine their care is perfectly acceptable, as my previous ENT recommended I contact them, but as I said... it ended up being disappointing all around.

Since there is no bus service within the base distance, I had to walk 2.9 miles from Fort Richardson to the VA clinic near Muldoon Gate. Upon arriving at the bus station at 6:18 am, right next to the VA clinic and bus 25 stop, my asthma began to act up due to the cold air, making it difficult to breathe. I went inside to use the restroom and took my inhaler, then sat down for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the bus. When a security officer approached me and greeted me, I responded cordially. However, when he returned a few minutes later and asked if I was waiting for someone, I felt a bit perplexed. After explaining I was waiting for the bus and providing my military spouse ID, the officer's tone and demeanor made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, particularly when he emphasized 'you're the military spouse.' As the bus arrived, two officers watched me from the door, staring, which I perceived as profiling. Regardless of my status as a military spouse, the treatment I received was unwarranted and profiling in nature, particularly given the circumstances of my car breaking down and needing to use the bus. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the manner in which I was looked at, akin to having committed a crime. The prolonged stare from both individuals as I boarded the bus and their continued gaze as the bus departed was not only unsettling but also peculiar, especially considering their position at the entryway.
