Wow, what a great find. Where has this place been all my life. A repair staff that actually cares about your RV issues, has the experience and knowledge to accurately diagnose and estimate the RV repair or modification, and is pleasant to deal with. My travel trailers original axles, springs, tires, etc. were woefully inadequate to carry the trailers weight alone, and if you added modest cargo and some fresh water, the pigeon-toed tires would then wear terribly. We felt unsafe traveling. Arnie the service manager and the incredible service team replaced the inferior axles with much heavier rated axles, springs, wheels, tires, etc. A quality installation at a fair price. Do not purchase anything here. I have to report that times have changed here. Had great employees,, but new rulers are going to change that. The new boss is not right, a woman hater as he showed us his power Unhappy I returned an item they said I could return if not used. They told me to get anything they have cheaper from the internet. with a better return policy. I have shopped here for many years. new leaders are rude. Poorly trained staff from other stores are working here now. I will now refer all others anywhere but there. Our RV group will hear this story. Others will be advised. Poor advertising call, I must spread the word. BTW-Do not call my wife a liar, in front of customers. The store boss is a bully. Calling us "you people from Nascar". Then they would not return an instock item without a restock fee. I would not have made a purchase without knowing the return policy.. restock was not acceptable. You did offer store credit after saying no but no further purchases will be made. Restock was extracted, finally. $40 dollars profit to you but you lost a customer, great decision for you. This place rocks. We had taken our trailer to giant rv to get it fixed. They said 5-10 days to get in a bay. After 14 days it still wasn't in a bay. Called arrow trailer and they got me in within days and had the trailer fixed the next day. They also found an additional issue and just simply let us know about it. Wasn't trying to upsell us. I have spent a lot of money here along with my 3 sons buying stuff for are trailers.they treated us fair in the store.but when I called to have new brakes installed on my trailer the service tech was just the biggest dick I bought the trailer brand new in 2017 he asked what size brakes I had I told him I didn't know all I can tell him is that they are the original Factory brakes thinking that maybe he had a parts book or internet but instead he said to me "how in the fuck I'm I suppose to know the labor cost & parts cost if I don't know the brake size and straight out hung up on me.i tell you what they lost me & my 3 son's as customer's we have spent a lot of money there.that service tech doesn't belong at that buisness. Arrow Trailer is a stand-out place for RV maintenance. I'm particularly talking about my 2003 22' camping trailer. I bought my trailer used a couple years ago (2018) in that area and took it there immediately after the purchase for a couple minor parts and to have the trailer hitch replaced which wasn't something I was anticipating. They immediately took care of it while we got lunch. Flash forward to Oct 2020 and there were more issues I needed fixed that I couldn't do myself such as repairs to my water tank, roof, gas line testing, etc. Even though they are about a 45 minute drive, my first thought was bringing it back here and I'm glad I did. They were thorough , communicative, and polite. I just returned from picking it up and have made the decision that if I need anything in the future Arrow Trailer will be where I'll be going. read more

I was looking for someone to order me some Dexter axle for my teardrop camper. I've called numerous places on Dexter's west coast distribution list but all I got was excuses (Dexter doesn't ship to west coast, they won't custom make it to that weight, shipping will be more than the axle, it'll take 6 months to ship) or no response at all (One popular place I called them to see if they can order, emailed them my specifications for axle and called back to confirm they received my email. After that they ignored all my follow up emails). I was ready to give up but I decided to call Arrow. Chris was super helpful and honest. Gave him the specifications, next day he sent me the quote and expected delivery date. No excuses or fuss. The price was the best given. I have mainly dealt with service and a few times with parts. I have always had a good experience with them. Arnie is the service manager and is straight business as he is a very busy guy. Their service department is always busy. 99% of the time you will have to make an appointment to drop off your trailer. They will usually have the trailer ready for you the following day or two. Arrow Trailer is a little bit more than most other places, but they do quality work and always honor their work. I recommend this place for your trailer needs. I have put up with the attitude at Arrow Trailer for over 20 years just to get propane. This was my first time there since December. Walked in and there are at least five guys working in close quarters none of them wearing a mask and on top of it making rude comments about the patriots that do. Arrow Trailer "serves" many older retired customers who are most vulnerable to Covid 19. You find a leak in a skylight that was installed incorrectly ( screws where over tightened cracking 3 out 4 corners ) causing leaking in the rig. Returned to them to make things right and the replaced the skylight( with the right one, since the 1st one was to thin, so they said ) and was told that this replacement was done as a courtesy. Well I was up looking at the roof to see the condition of the roof and vents and guess what....the vent was installed with tape and silicone sealant to fill in the gaps in the tape. The slicone peeled right off but the tape when pulled will remove my roofing material. I guess it's hard to get quality labor now day. This should never happen, get it together guys. read more

Back in March of 2015, Arrow relocated the towing light and braking system from by old Scion xD sedan to my new (i.e, 2012) Honda CRV. In July of this year, the power harness on my CRV failed and had to be replaced. I contacted Gary Astfalk of Arrow to report this problem, as the Honda service advisor believed the failure of the CRV harness was due to improper installation of the towing light system. Gary and one of his service people immediately drove to Corona to inspect the damage before Honda made the repair, but could not determine whether the work Arrow did in 2015 was improper. After Honda replaced the power harness, I brought the damaged harness back to Arrow, and together with Gary, tried to identify what caused the failure. There was no clear indication one way or the other that anything Arrow did in 2015 caused the failure. Nevertheless, Gary agreed to split the cost to replace the harness, even though the work Arrow had done was more than 2 years ago, and even though there was no proof that Arrow had done anything wrong. The reason I give Arrow a 5 star rating is because of Arrow's willingness to stand behind their work and do whatever they can to satisfy the customer! read more
