I believe the facility and/or staff may be operating outside the scope of their licensing and regulatory requirements. My concerns include, but are not limited to: Improper Medication Administration Medication may be administered by staff who are not properly licensed, trained, or authorized under New Mexico regulations. Medication procedures appear inconsistent, unsafe, or inadequately documented. There are concerns regarding medication timing, dosage accuracy, and supervision. Licensing and Scope of Practice Concerns Staff members may be performing duties beyond what is permitted under the facility's licensing classification. There appears to be inadequate medical oversight and insufficient qualified personnel available for resident care needs. Policies and procedures do not appear to meet required standards for resident safety and healthcare management. Resident Safety and Welfare Concerns My father's health and wellbeing may be at risk due to improper care practices. Communication with family members regarding medical care and treatment decisions has been inadequate. Concerns raised with staff have not been appropriately addressed or resolved.

On Sunday April 12, 2026 @3:00pm I was being transported from my facility I'm residing at Canyon…read moreTransitional to Lovelace ER downtown and as the ambulance arrived for me a guy entered my room and said Hi James I'm Eric and I'm going to be taking care of you okay I said yes sir he proceeded to take my vitals and talked to me as I was explaining to him that I had ate something that didn't settle with my stomach so as I talked to him he listened to me with Sincerity he cared about my for being his patient now so as his partner came in my room Natalie she greeted me with the same thing being very caring and thoughtful of my problem for which I was going to the ER room for so kinda my part for the transferring from my bed to gurney I told them how i could stand up from my wheelchair from my bed inside wheelchair i let them know i would stand from my wheelchair and hold on rails in my hall so after few minutes I felt comfortable to stand up and pivot around to sit on gurney. Once I was on gurney Eric got my feet on the gurney till I got comfortable so putting seat belt s on they covered me up and our nurse and CNA got my back pack with phone charger and my throw blanket and my jacket. Once I was loaded up ready to go had a few standing byers saying good luck James God bless you the staff acknowledged me when I left got outside loaded in ambulance and off we went my ride was smooth as ever got to Er Lovelace unloaded and Eric and Natalie were there as I transferred my self from gurney to hospital bed. I can thank Eric and Natalie Ambulance #49 for all they did for me Words cant express my gratitude and appreciation for these two EMTs for their care professionalism and compassion they gave me ive been taken by Albuquerque Ambulance multiple times and each time ive had good results times with care and professionalism like what 14 times Please acknowledge Eric and Natalie Ambulance #49 let them know they absolutely touched my heart for their job unfortunately I did kinda poor out my guts as just the losses I've had since I been in my facility 4 years too. This world needs more like Natalie and Eric
