Julian was nice enough to let me know there would be a bit of a wait and could call me when it would be nearing my turn. He called me, I arrived 10 minutes later and they took my car in right away. He repaired one of my tires in record time. Thanks for the patch and I will recommend that everyone come here for great and friendly service!

This is the least expensive place to get a tire repaired or replaced…read more It might not have a modern showroom but I (as a returning customer) don't care. I know if they modernize they'll have to raise prices. The bad part is they're sitting on some very valuable real estate. I'm sure they'll be forced out by higher taxes. So look for them to be gone soon. In the meantime get your tires patched for $10. We need this business. With all the construction going on around here I've become a frequent flyer.

It was still new and the nail was in the green zone of being able to be repaired. Over a year later now after I ended up patching the tire myself with a kit purchased next door no less after spending $15 at auto zone , it's still in perfect condition. Super shady place of business. If you're reading this I sincerely recommend you avoid.

The last one could have killed him. When notified about this issue the manager, Dallas, initially wanted to offer some kind of compensation, but later on someone above him, played it off like it was our fault. Go here, put your life at risk.

I was running errands and my steering was acting funny. I stopped by on a Saturday and Jacob came…read moreright out and took a quick look. He said everything looked ok, but he'd need to put it on the hoist to know for sure. He said that if it is what he thinks it might be, It's not safe to drive and I should leave it there. Later, they called back and confirmed the steering needed to be replaced and they got it done by the end of the next day (they had to order parts). I checked Google and their price was reasonable. My point is that Jacob warned me that my car is not safe to drive, and he was right. He may have saved me lots of aggravation and money, an expensive tow, and maybe even a hospital visit or a lawsuit if the steering locked up. Thanks Jacob!

Waited 45 minutes and when I asked for an eta I was told they were pulling a car out and there was one in front of me and it would be another 30 minutes. I could have just set an appointment over the phone instead of waisting my time and being lied to by Jacob with his head down asleep behind the counter! Seriously, he's heads down resting when people walk in the store! Check your cameras and stop lying to your customers. Do better!
