She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

We got there at 10 because that's when the event was supposed to start, but we had had quite a bit of rain starting around 9 AM so they pushed it back a little bit. We had a couple of hours to kill and it was easily done. We got to walk around and look at all of their ATVs and boats as well as a lot of different products that they had. My daughter had a really fun time, looking at the fish in their indoor tank. The actual fishing event is definitely my five star here. Staff was so kind and helped load and bait my daughter's hook. They were helpful with fish removal and super kind with tips and tricks.

After searching around the store for a while, Rick came over to help us, and I'm incredibly glad he did. Rick was remarkably patient and genuinely committed to helping us find the right fit. My daughter tried on nearly a dozen different pairs of cleats, and Rick stayed with us through the entire process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Anyone who has shopped for kids' cleats knows how frustrating it can get, but Rick handled everything with professionalism and kindness. After two days of searching at different places, Rick was the one who helped us finally find a pair that fit well and worked for her wide feet. The price was very competitive as well! What impressed me most was how comfortable he made the experience for my daughter. She never felt embarrassed or pressured, and Rick treated the whole situation with patience and encouragement. When I got to the checkout, I told the cashier I had found the hoodie on a sale rack. He said," Yep!" which made me think I was going to get the 20% off. However, in the car I looked at my receipt and saw I was not given 20% off the lowest marked price, just the lowest marked price. Clutching my receipt, I went back in and made sure I had read the sign right before going to the cashier. He agreed with me, refunded my original purchase, and then charged me the discounted price as shown on the store display. I'm not sure why it happened this way, but this time I paid the price I was expecting. Tractor Supply is a really interesting store with quite a variety of merchandise.
