Looking at all of the reviews on here and on facebook helped me select M&M to groom my girl. I called Michelle and made an appointment to take my girl in for a tidy. She seemed really nice on the phone and booked me in her schedule. I made sure to let her know that I did not want anything drastic but just a clean up. When I showed up I repeated again what I needed her to do and showed her a picture just to ensure that nothing will go wrong. Hour and half later I get a call that my girl is all done. I walked in and she grabbed my girl and boy was I in for a shock. She did the total opposite of what I asked. I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say. I paid and tipped her as a courtesy for her time but looking back maybe I should have said something because I am still upset till this day. She totally butchered my girl's chest fur and under her stomach area. Thank goodness I made sure the say not to tough her ear fringe because I would have been even more devastated. I will give it to her that her butt looks cute groomed. Safe to say that one time at the groomers will be enough for my girl.

A child brought our dog to the back room that was closed off. When we came back to pick her up her hair was shaved off! Pomeranian's are not suppose to have there hair cut because sometimes it does not grow back. I then asked the owner why he cut all of her hair off and he did not respond nor apologize for ruining our dog. In addition to her hair being shaved off her ears were cut. When picking up our dog she was shaking profusely. I think they had their child cut our dogs hair. I will never bring my dog there again and I highly recommend that you don't either.

They treated my pup with such love and she was such a happy girl when I left her and when I picked her up. And my pup looked perfect! She smelled wonderful and they even gave me tips for care for my dog and things I should ask the vet about. I am definitely going back and I appreciate all the love and care they put into my dog!
