The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him. Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery. She will lighten your day and make you push a little harder to get to that point you need to be at. Amy thanks for everything you did, have done and you are also top notch in your field. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Office experience was ridiculous! I…read morecame in as a cash patient for 3 knee gel injections. I only came here because my insurance didn't offer the gel injections. My first appointment was at the Rancho Cucamonga location and I was quoted $285 for the first visit and $150 for each injection over the next two weeks. They said nothing about an additional office visit fee for each time I'd be back for my injection. I assumed this would be put in my "chart"...if I even had one! For my next appointment which was a week later, they sent me to Chino Hills because Rancho had no appointments. I told them I wasn't sure I'd be getting the shot until I was examined because of the horrible pain I was experiencing. I was told I had to pay for the office visit which was $175 OR just pay for the shot that was $150. This didn't make sense to me, because shouldn't you examine me before the injection anyway! The PA (the same one who saw me in Rancho - and she was very nice) saw me and we decided to do the shot so they charged me the $150.00 that I was quoted. Next and final injection was back at the Rancho Cucamonga location and I was told my visit would be $350! I told them what I was quoted ($150 for each injection) and that this was my last injection. I also told her that I paid the $150 for my last injection at the Chino Hills location. She said that was wrong and they should have charged you more. She called her manager Luis who came out 20 minutes later to tell me I had to pay $235 for the visit. He was rude and had an attitude. They were just making up prices at this point. I asked to speak to the PA who gave me the injections and quoted me the $150 and he refused! I then asked for someone higher than him to talk to and of course there's absolutely no one else I can talk to and refused to do the injection unless I paid the $235! I then called another location to file a complaint and got disconnected or hung up on! This is absolutely unacceptable especially in the medical field where you're dealing with people's medical conditions and lives! I have NEVER experienced a medical office operate like this!
