Sometimes we have to place ourselves in a position to trust the people that are experts in their field. The reviews were decent. That is the hardest step to make. The first time in my life, I developed some type of bacteria, fungal on the bottom of my feet from going to a nail salon for a pedicure. I have no insurance did not know what was happening. I just thought they cut me and I would heal, but I didn't. I got so scared and decided to suck it up and find a doctor. I found this one and after 3 visits I knew I chose the wrong one. He doesn't explain anything. He talks too fast and not reviewing anything in detail. Again I just trusted him. Praying that my feet would be back to the way they used to be as he confirmed. The last visit as usual another long waiting time, waited 25 minutes to be taken into a room then with my persistence I said I'm not going to wait another 20 minutes in the room for him. So he did come in immediately maybe 5 minutes in there telling me that I have to keep applying the creams. Basically that was in a nutshell. Then I questioned that I feel he overcharged me. So I'm currently trying to get that resolved. I was charged for a follow up $95. When I was told it was supposed to be $65 and he only saw me for about 5 minutes. I left there so distressed and so worried that my feet were getting worse after months of waiting. I decided seek another doctor and he gave me a very thorough examination on my feet and confirmed the bacterial, The fungus had never gone away. I am so stressed, scared and angry. Now I'm going through the beginning steps of killing this fungus again. This doctor is not compassionate to your concerns and brushes you off. Do not recommend him. read more

Went to Dr. Rabbani because of his positive reviews. I went in for a callous of my left third toe. Dr. Rabbani told me it's dead skin and doesn't explain what he's going to do - instead he held my foot and told me stay still or he can cut me. He cut my callous off. My wife's first appointment went fine they diagnosed her with one thing and sent her to get x-rays the same day. drive over to X-ray lab only to be told it was by appointment only. Scheduled appointment and got x-ray. Once Dr got x-ray changed diagnoses to another and recommended she get inserts for her shoes which of course they sell. Got fitted for insert told it would take a couple weeks. Three weeks later my wife calls for status told they where ready come on in. Went next day and was told NOT ready try again next week call first. Called following week not ready, called again following week told they would call her right back - never got a call. Called again following week told Dr not in will call her back in 15 minutes - no call. She gave up. Waste of time and effort. read more

I have been putting off getting my ingrown toenails removed for almost two years now and today I finally began searching for a doctor online around 6pm. I called my foot clinic for information right around closing time and was told that I can actually see the doctor right there and then if I came within the next 20 minutes! After some numbing, everything was a breeze.Dr Rabbani took his time on my feet and showed me just how passionate he is about his work. After everything was finished and wrapped up, I was given a goodie bag with some antibiotics to take home with daily instructions! At this point the only thought I had was wishing I had brought different shoes or sandals so I can walk out but before I could even complete the thought, Dr Rabbani brings out special shoes for me to wear home! Well it has been months since I had my toe nail removed and so far I healed completely and no ingrown nail has came back I really appreciate the great job the Dr did. Funny thing I had 2 pieces of ingrown nail which I never knew until the day I had my ingrown nail removed. Unprofessional staf, not care about patients, we have gone to see doctor my wife had pain on her foot, doctor sugested to have a shot ($300.00) to pain gose away, 24 houres later my wife had more pain, we called doctors office, no one answer the phone.after calling more than 15 times, doctor send us for MRI , they told us we get the result , they told us to go back on thursday, we went to see the doctor, we waited one and half hours, still doctor didnt see us, we asked his secretory, she said we forgot to get the MRI, we left doctor office, doctor called us he said he will get the MRI next day and he cslled us , it is 10 days pass no one called us yet we are not going back to that office any more , we do not recomend this doctor , my wife has lost of pain because of shot docor gaive her . read more

Dr. Rabbani is the man!! Was diagnosed a few years back w/toe nail fungus. My primary doctor prescribed medicated polish, creams & oral meds. None of that stuff was working, in fact it progressed. Found an ad & went to see Dr. Rabbani however, because of my insurance coverage I had to see someone in my primary network. Within a two year period I was referred to two different podiatrist, both pretty much had the attitude, "get 'em in get 'em out", even after waiting hours in one of their waiting rooms. Neither addressed the situation quite like Dr. Rabbani. Instead both advised some topicals creams, ointment, etc. even after I told both that those things were not working. Decided to go back to The Dr. Rabbani, just a knowing inside. Dr. Rabbani was very personable, he didn't give me the run around. He was thorough in explaining the diagnosis as well as the procedure, "this situation is aggressive, and we will handle it just as aggressively. No creams or polish can penetrate what's going on here". Doc has a sense of humors that just kept me relaxed throughout the whole procedure. He got in there and got the job done!!! He removed four toe nails & I will be going back for him to follow up w/the laser treatment in a couple weeks. He advised that getting my feet back in flip flop condition would take some time but we will get it done! At which time I'm confident I will be adding that 5th star. To be continued... My wife visited for a toe treatment. I spoke with Nikki initially, male receptionist (cannot remember name) when make appointment, and then appointment was confirmed when my wife called. After confirming multiple times on price and appointment time, we very disappointed to be charged a $75 consultation fee. We purchased a toe treatment for almost $300 and this was disclosed to My Foot Clinic beforehand. However, my wife was charged a $75 fee for consultation. The treatment and "consultation" were on the exact same day. This was a "bait & switch" tactic so beware from this medical office. Conveniently, they schedule her for a follow-up which will surely involve another $75 consult fee and also claim none of this is covered by insurance (not sure if it is not frankly), but very misleading. When you buy a treatment for a price and make your appt, the expectation is there will not be another fee. I spoke with the office a few days alter (Delina) who was very nice, but was not able to help at all. The Dr wouldn't even get on the phone to explain or offer a callback. read more
