Here we go again only 2-3 years later I has my LTKR on 3-24-26, by same Surgeon Dr Kenneth Jhang! Best Ortho Surgeon for Joint Replacement hands down. I went to Physical Therapy at Arrowhead orthopedics which is down stairs from my surgeon very convenient. I requested this office for its great therapist. Krista is the manager and top notch therapist. She helped me last TKR and I was there it felt like half my life with a stubborn knee. I was there 60 sessions with my first replacement this replacement I was there 12 amazing. My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery. She will lighten your day and make you push a little harder to get to that point you need to be at. Amy thanks for everything you did, have done and you are also top notch in your field. This is a review of their appointment system, not of the doctors. I arrive at 10:50am on time for my Rancho appointment, only to be told by the front desk that I'm facing "at least an hour's wait" because the doctor is backed up. I ask "Why didn't you call me to either tell me or reschedule"? No response. I have lots better things to do than wait (at least) an hour in a crowded doctor's office. I know these doctors are anointed by the heavens and are VIPs but that's no excuse to ignore customer service. I mean, how much effort would it have taken to text me to tell me? Of course, the whole purpose is to make sure there's no doctor downtime (aka every precious minute is billable) so there's a steady stream of weary and desperate patients waiting at all times. If lower-tier restaurants can handle queuing systems then so can a high-end doctors' office. read more

Spoke with Susie in Rancho office on the same day I was supposed to get my last injection. I explained the situation and a she said this should have never happened and someone made a mistake. She said she'd call me back after doing some further investigating. I never got a call back from her. It's like pulling teeth to speak to anyone, even to make an appointment. The appointment I'd had set up just magically disappeared from the portal, even after I'd been messaging with someone in the office who said I could still come for treatment on Friday. I brought my child to follow up with ortho after being sent from our redlands provider. First, they had no appointments in their redlands office and couldn't see a patient with a fracture in need of a cast until the next day and 20 miles away at a separate location. Secondly, we arrived for our appointment and were not brought to a back room until 20 minutes after our appointment time. We then sat in a back room for another 35 minutes with zero update until I decided to complain. After complaining it was an additional 10 minutes before the doctor came in. We were seen for 10 minutes and then told my child needed a cast. Waited in the room another 25 minutes before being taken to another office within the building. We had to wait in a line to check in for the cast again and then seated for another 10 minutes. We weren't actually in a cast room until one hour and 40 minutes past appointment time. We were told there was some issue that caused a backup but either way this was completely unprofessional. We went beyond 2 hours of our appointment time before leaving. I understand some delays but this was a horrible experience and unfortunately caused my wife to be late to work. I explained to staff my wife had to be at work by 11 and there was zero rush or effort to accommodate. If I could give the service and time a zero I would. Staff was friendly otherwise....but don't go here expecting to be dealt with in a timely manner. read more

Dr Kenneth Jahng is a terrible doctor. The first time I saw him he never looked in my eyes because he is the type of "doctor" that only know how to write prescriptions. He is rude and completely unprofessional. It's sad we have such low performance medical treatment like that which Kenneth doesn't even provide. I requested a different doctor after my first visit. Too bad this is work comp and Sedgwick crappy insurance is so inept or I wouldn't have had to waste 3 completely useless visits with this "medical" hack. I was recommended to come here through my Kaiser Insurance First off, the girl at the desk doesn't speak up. She has the squeakiest tiniest, little voice and mumbled. I had no idea what she was saying. Each time I had to say, i'm really sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying... That went along with an eye roll The doctor comes in talking, so loud. It was ridiculous. I said to him, I can hear you, you don't need to yell and his response was I HAVE A LOUD VOICE!!! oh jeez i'm not fucking deaf... Maybe he needs to get his hearing checked. I'm sharing my experience with Dr. Wilton's office for a review. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. When I asked a few questions, she became angry and hung up on me. I tried calling back, but she recognized my number and disconnected the call again. I then reached out to the main office to speak with the manager, who took my number but never returned my call. If the receptionist behaves this way, I can only imagine how the doctor might be. Awful care!!! Stay away!! I've been waiting a week for a measly pain cream for a 2.5 cm hamstring tear that I saw Dr. Kenneth Juang for! I've been walking around for 2 1/2 months with a torn hamstring and this clown sent me on my way with some cream lol the minute he found out that I didn't want to have surgery because it's been 2.5 months since my injury and I thought that I may want to try other options so basically just Disregarded my care in my opinion! Horrible bedside manner walks into the room doesn't look you in the eye doesn't shake your hand Doesn't introduce himself who is this guy lol goes and sits down at the computer screen and talks to it Like WTH I'm over here helloooo how could I take this quack serious? I would never have allowed this guy to operate on me!! What a joke. When I left the office and I realized that he did not write a rx for Motrin or any other anti-inflammatories not narcotics as I don't need those but maybe a muscle relaxer when my hamstring starts spasming could have helped when needed it. They still on day 7 haven't called me back. With that said I'm done will that dump, never to return again and I will continue to let others know to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time coming here I waited over a into for this appointment. I got here 15 before my appointment time. Waited over 45 mins and I wasn't called in. When I inquired at the front desk how much longer their response was oh it's going to be about one more hour. This is a normal wait time for the doctor you're scheduled to see and that's normal he is always behind schedule. Rude why do they scheduled so many patients and have him run bajind scheduled as a normal thing. And they should of at least told me that when I made my aptor when they called me to remind me about my appointment or even upon check in. If I wouldn't of asked I would of waited almost 2 hours. I wish we could YELP the doctors compared to the office staff. Dr LaRose and PA Matthew are fantastic but the office staff answering phones and obtaining information are either incompetent or just don't care. There's a long list of issues with office staff, obtaining information, lack of 'call-backs', receiving paperwork, items that should have been sent to my home, and being on hold for 15-20 minutes every single time I called. I type this as I'm waiting 19:43 minutes and counting just to get to a human and it's 3:25 pm on a Wednesday. Scratch my last, was waiting for a human for 31:22 and got hung up on. Billing practices are questionable, actually I would call it unethical. Doctor "gave" 2 metatarsal pads and stated I can buy more on Amazon. Received a bill for $50 for 2 pads-purchased 12 on Amazon for $15.00. Multiple phone calls, emails, voice mails and no one could/would help. Dr Phan"s rude curt manner insisting/demanding my toe would heal was false - exactly like I told him it would be. I moved, wanting the toe taken care of before I did so. Now bring out of state, my insurance is refusing to cover it. My new insurance does not start until September 1st. This is a review for the physical therapy place, which is located downstairs in Suite 110. Last year, I hurt my left shoulder really bad trying to do a back squat with a Gorilla Bow (resistance band training equipment.) I tried putting the bow behind my neck, but because the resistance was so high, it literally pulled my shoulder straight back. I heard it pop and it then became numb. After that, I decided to ignore the problem hoping that it would go away. But, would you believe it? No such luck. My shoulder was so hurt that it affected my workouts because its mobility became really limited, to the point that I could not lift it nowhere as close as high as the right. After getting the necessary CT scan, I saw Alan Ceraldi, PA-C in the office upstairs, who gave me 12 sessions of physical therapy at the Arrowhead Orthopaedics PT center downstairs. Man, let me tell you, from the moment that I walked in, I was greeted by such friendly people. From the start, I liked the environment, as I found it to be super welcoming and relaxed. Well, I was not wrong, I always felt happy to go to my physical therapy sessions, as the practitioners were always so nice and helpful! They shared their knowledge with me and directed me towards the road to recovery. Fast-fast forward to today, which was my last session. Let me tell you, the difference in my shoulder is really night and day. I feel soooo much better, and I can left weights normally again. Of course, I lost strength because of my injury, but that's okay, because now I can work on rebuilding it with two fully functioning shoulders. Tell the doctor about my concern but gave me a stupid excused by referring to physical therapy (wanna share my insurance since I'm insured with the best insurance) and it seem the doctor doesn't know anything. I am a patient of Kaiser and I was sent here by them. First of all, I felt as though the doctor didn't want to understand what was going on with me. He barely gave me a chance to speak. He came in, wrote a few things on the computer asked me like three questions and left the room. He spent nothing but two minutes with me in the room the 2x I've seen him in the office. Secondly, I had to have an MRI done at Kaiser. I was told that when the results came in, they would contact me and schedule an appointment to go over the results. I have never received a phone call so I reached out over a month later. The staff told me that they would reach out to the Kaiser representative and that they would have them contact me. 3 weeks later, no one ever contacted me so I called again. Just when I called another staff member begins to tell me oh we never call to schedule. You have to call us so now I'm pushed back all the way until December. This place is a joke. Find a new orthopedic location if possible. read more

Doctor Kadambi, has been managing my pain and recovery from surgery. Related to cancer etc. Prior to Dr. Kadambi, I saw a previous MD for pain management, but refused to address the recovery. Physical therapy is definitely needed. Dr. Kadambi agreed with me and has been overseeing my care since January of this year. However, in March a new care plan was launched as a result of the neck dissection. Why are they not getting five stars? The front office and appointment desk is horrendous. 45-78 minute wait times to schedule an appointment or to relay urgent messages to the MDA or his MA (medical assistant) is unacceptable. I added a screenshot so you can see that I'm not exaggerating the wait time. Ridiculous! The facility is clean and they implement COVID-19 regulations. All gravy. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the front desk and it's truly a hit and miss with their customer service. I'm easy going but I don't appreciate being belittled or blatantly ignored. 4-5 employees at the desk. Some standing others sitting. Chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Only here do I feel like Casper the friendly ghost. I'm invisible but at home my family can see me. Especially my kid. What the heckkkkk?!? Why can't I pull off the same trick at home? Back to the care. Dr. Kadambi, truly is concerned for his patients. His personality is outgoing and he is loud. He's my kind of people. The people I want in my tribe. His MA is great at returning calls if he gets the messages from the front desk. (This is where they ALWAYS drop the ball. Communication isn't a priority.) Dr. Kadambi, is thorough and addresses any concerns that you may have. He discusses his plan of action. He has a open dialogue with you to get your feedback. This way the best care plan is decided. If it weren't for the excellent care from the MD and the MA I would have left this practice. Their management skills is terrible and the wait times on hold is unacceptable. I hope positive changes will be made. A patient can tolerate only so much. I had a horrific experience at this office. For starters I spent months, multiple rounds of Physical Therapy, and money out of pocket to "fix" my "partially torn labrum" diagnosed by Dr. Asghar Husain who's next step was surgery. I am so glad I changed doctors because It turns out my labrum has never had an issue ever. I had 2 other orthopedic doctors from one of the highest ranking hospitals in the country look at the same MRI and there is nothing to show my labrum was ever injured, it looks perfect. My actual injury was a torn bicep which worsened due to the therapy and exercises I was doing to fix my non existing labrum injury. This doctor has wasted several months and worsened my injury because of his incompetence. To say I am disappointed and frustrated does not even come close to what I am feeling about this horrible malpractice. Not only is Dr. Hussain and incompetent doctor but he has an office staff that aligns with him perfectly. The entire office staff is rude and disrespectful. I waited 2 hours to see Dr. Hussain, the next appointment I was 10 minutes late and he couldn't take me because he was suddenly on a tight schedule, it was Valentine's Day. We rescheduled our appointment and when I went I arrived 20 minutes early yet I still sat there waiting for 2 hours. When I brought this up to the office staff they told me that I have to wait and theres 3 people in-front of me, which led to me walking out and switching doctors which thankfully I did because if not I would've undergone a labrum surgery for absolutely no injury. Overall Dr. Hussain is a horrible doctor who should not have his license and his office staff needs a lengthy training on customer service. The overall coordination, re the preliminary tests and examinations, was very impressive. The follow-up and follow-through were much appreciated. At least three weeks, even if there is swelling and they recommend on their emergency line to call back the next day. They refer you to their own physical therapy office, and it takes 3 weeks to get in and then they schedule appointments 2 weeks apart, 1 week at a time. They told me they were calling in a referral for an ultrasound, and they never did, despite follow ups. The professionalism and quality of care is horrendous. read more

It's very few and far between that you find an AMAZING doctor, but when I was referred to Dr. Husain at Arrowhead Orthopaedics, I knew I found one. Came in for a broken arm due to a nasty spill on my bike, and from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. My MA, Priscilla on that first office visit was so kind and caring. She really helped calm my nerves. When I met Dr. Husain though, I knew exactly why I was referred to him. He's caring, and boy does he know his stuff. He is so knowledge about the field. He laid out my surgery game plan, and what the after surgery treatment would consist of. I have a long road of recovery for my arm and shoulder, but knowing I have Dr. Husain on my side, I will get back to my active lifestyle like before my accident. read more

As you can see this business rates 2 stars as of 8/22/23. I give it 1 star because I cannot give it a ZERO star rating. I selected this Orthopedic office to treat my workers comp case because it was close to my home. What a big mistake that was! They appointed Dr. Le to my case. Dr. Le has to have some of the worse bedside manners. Not very empathic toward patients or caring for that matter. Arrogant, and didnt really do anything for my broken hand except issue Ibproferan for my pain. Nurse threw me some bandages but no one wrapped my hand. What lack of care and caring. If you like waiting in waiting rooms this is the place for you. Constant waiting room wait times exceed 1 hour or more, easily. Forget about mentioning that to the front desk people, all they say in response is that the doctor is busy or do you want to reschedule. And if you do reschedule they note that you were a NO SHOW to your appointment. Hey! We are all busy and MY time is just as valuable as the doctors time or office staffs time. Maybe I should bill them for my time!? Furthermore, the office staff is Rude and condescending at best who really do not care about the patients needs. They even charged me a $25 fee for filling out some paperwork I needed for work. So I leave it up to you, whether you want to attend a medical office that lacks professionalism or seek an alternative. This place is nothing more than a cattle-call.
