I can't remember the last time ordering something was so painless. Ben is totally top notch and recently we placed an order with new artwork and truly within an hour we got an email with a tracking number from UPS for the order. Who does work that fast? I will not look anywhere else when it comes to needing anything these guys do. Frankly we are looking for new projects just to give them business they make it so enjoyable. I own a clothing store and I was in need for some signage to post outside my business. I was driving down fairfax and I saw a sign for Step and Repeat and decided to give them a call. Derek answered the phone and I thought this was refreshing...someone nice on the other end! He was so helpful and assured me they had a different material to use that held up better, given the expected weather conditions. At first I was a little skeptical...but when I picked it up, but much to my surprise, I am only going to use this material moving forward! Wow!! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this place!!!! I had literally placed my order at another place, and after 2 minutes on the phone with BEN, I called the other company and cancelled my order! This place is AMAZING!!! Their customer service and attitude is top notch. I had a very confusing print order and when it came back it wasn't what I thought it was going to be and my event was the next day. I thought I was fucked, and I said so to them on the phone. The response was a cool, calm and collected, "No you're not." And they were right.
