Kinko's said 100 one-sided color copies of a flyer would be $80 and would take at least a day. Here they said we'll do it as soon as you get here for $35. So basically it's a no brainer. I got the guy's Email address over the phone and emailed him the pdf file beforehand. When I arrived he started it up for me. Took like 5 min. Swiped the card and was off! read more

Good pricing and exceptional customer service. I needed some jobs done very last minute, and pretty close to their closing time. They were nothing but happy to help me out, when several other shops turned me down because it would be "too much work" because it was a bit more of a personalized job. I called Yes Printing and Banner to get a flag made to help advertise my business. They recommended we communicate through email to get the design drawn so I can see it. After exchanging a few emails we agreed on a price and got it done. There was a small miscommunication through email but they worked with me to get it resolved and kept a happy customer in the process. These people are real professionals and graphic designers as well. They confirm what I exactly want and call me when finished every time I am here. Second time I went there, they recognized my face. Very efficient and extremely affordable. Great quality printing. Staff is well mannered. I am not fond of the neighborhood too much but there is a private lot and few other stores in the same building as well. Meaning it is busy enough that people come and go. I am not afraid of something happens to my car as people will likely see who has done what to my car. It is worth the trip and definitely recommend to anyone to give this place a shot! read more

Alpha Printing is cheap, fast, and trust-worthy! They do most standard printing jobs. If they're not confident of a certain quality or print job, they will be up front with you. Their prices are hard to beat too! I specifically asked in my email order for my image to be printed on regular printer paper. When I came to pick up my order, it was on thick poster paper. The woman said for that size, this was the only paper they could use. I was never notified about this in our email thread so I ended up having to argue with them about paying $40 for something I didn't ask for. I understand that certain machines only accept certain types of paper, but if that's the case they should better communicate to their customers. Educate your customers because some people do not know about pre press or what types of printers you have. I will say the image came out crisp and beautiful. After politely telling her this is not what I wanted she finally brought the price down to $30. I am still disappointed because I wasted my money and I am not able to execute the project I had in mind. read more

I found Alpha Printing after having a horrible experience with a previous printing company. Since all my printing needs were work related (sometimes on a daily basis) I desperately tried to find a new place and I found Alpha! First off, they try really hard to give you the best possible price and the best customer service. My first printing job was 500 full color pamphlets that needed to be finished in less than a week (including weekends). Alpha rushed the order and I had the pamphlet in my hands on time and they looked amazing. Since my first encounter with Alpha I have come to them for every printing job since. Parking is a bit tight (located behind the building on the side next to the sushi restaurant) because it does fill up, but there usually is street parking available! read more

I took information to the business to print business cards( admittedly a small job). They were to send me a rough draft by e mail for my approval and credit card information. Since I never heard from them I phoned 10 days later and found out they lost the order information.
