There was constant miscommunication between the landlord, the management team, and myself. I'd get calls directly from the landlord even though I was told management was handling things -- clearly, they were not. One of the major issues we dealt with was recurring electrical problems in the home. Management acknowledged that the main light box (where the house receives its electricity) needed to be replaced, yet they allowed it to remain unfixed for an extended period. Many of the other issues in the house were also not addressed in a timely or professional manner. Despite always paying rent on time -- and even fixing several things out of my own pocket -- we felt completely abandoned as tenants. The workers they sent out were never from reputable companies; they were more like temporary handymen doing the bare minimum to get things working -- until it all broke down again. While management did at least answer their phones, they rarely took meaningful action to solve problems. They failed in their role as intermediaries between us and the landlord. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience. Their lack of follow-through and care made our time renting with them very difficult.

While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted!
