I looked up reviews first and was pretty worried. When the gentleman showed up at my door he was on time within the time frame, very professional and was extremely kind to my dog which I was going to lock up to give him room to work but he had his own dogs so he was very friendly with my pup. He then checked the sink and immediately knew he had to snake it so he got his tools from his truck and ran the hot water + snake at the same time and ran the entire length all the way to the street just to make sure it all got cleared and voila! It was cleared and when he pulled out it he showed me there was dried up grease clogging up the pipe at the very end which a little bit came back out when he pulled the snake out. Overall my experience was extremely professional and extremely kind. I cannot possibly expect a better service from any company. I am very happy with the service I received!! I give Gennaro's Plumbing 10/10!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! My…read morehome warranty company sent them out for an emergency after-hours repair. The guy from Gennaro's called me and was very nice, I asked how I should turn off the water and he assured me that everything would be fine, and they would take care of everything and the plumber was already on the way. Before the plumber came some guy with a water mitigation company showed up and he immediately began telling me that I had to file a claim with my home owners insurance, that my entire kitchen was going to have to be redone and the floors throughout my entire house will likely have to be replaced (you would think I had water gushing out of my pipes instead of a leak). I asked the guy how much would it cost for him to create an access point for the plumber to fix the issue and he said $250-$350. He is going through my house taping off portions of my wall, cabinets, and floor continuing to tell me that I needed to open a claim because he has to take my cabinets down and all of this other stuff. There is some back and forth and I am very hesitant, so he called the guy from Gennaro's to have him talk to me and that guy begins trying to convince me to let the guy start and file a claim. The entire time I have an active leak and there is no plumber. So I told him that I would start the claim, but not for all of the other work and he told me they can't do partial work once they begin working under a claim (all or nothing), so I said that I will just pay out of pocket for him to open an access point and that price jumped to $2,800. He then told me that he still requires a claim number before he can do anything. The entire time, there is still an active leak and this guy is trying to strong arm me before he will create an access point for the plumber to fix the issue and to further pressure me he tells me that the plumber is 15 minutes away so I need to decide what to do. I said fine, I'll open a claim but I am not going to agree to you doing all of this extra work, I will pay for the access point separately and will speak to my insurance company first thing in the morning about the rest. He ask if I want him to move forward with the access point, I said yes and confirmed that I will pay for that out of pocket. He went outside, got in his van and left without saying anything. When I realized he was gone and the plumber never came, I called Gennaro's a few times and they would send me straight to VM. It was a good thing that I did open a claim because my insurance company sent someone out and explained to me how the scam works.... The plumber works with a water restoration/mitigation company. They get you to open a claim, and sign the agreements before they create an access point so the plumber can do repairs, then they immediately start "restoring" your home and then will send an inflated bill to the insurance company when they are done and whatever they can't get the insurance company to pay, the homeowner is now on the hook for which is typically thousands of dollars. And if the homeowner can't pay they put a lien on your home. They literally sit there and let the water continue to damage your home until you enter into an agreement with their restoration/mitigation partner. So don't become a victim like I almost did. If they mention your homeowner's insurance, don't sign anything and tell them to have a nice day. Call your insurance company yourself and let THEM send their water mitigation and plumber to your home. You can then discuss with your insurance company if you need to move forward with a claim.

They offered to come out and perform an investigative assessment of our issue and propose alternative solutions. Carlos came out and performed our initial assessment. They were the second team to come out and perform the inspection. He his evaluation provided the same assessment as the first vendor; however, his professionalism, polite yet candid explanation, offered alternatives, and comforting competence made us know that this team was the one for us. Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). Based of the assessment, age of system, and condition other components, we opted to go with replacing the system. Their pricing was extremely competitive, personnel were very honest, perceived competence was the highest, and proposed hardware was highly rated. The installation was fast, cleanly done, and top notch. They arrived on time and provided progress assessments during the installation. They even provided before, during, and after photos. They will be our first choice for all future HVAC work!

I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

No receipt showing services performed and now can't get paid back from the non-profit where work was done. I've tried many times since the service was in late June and as of July 22nd and multiple contacts with the owner where he promised I would get the service receipt ASAP - nothing. Originally, I made contact with Delo Air and other companies to have them look and quote doing work on our non-profit's kitchen 7 exhaust fans and evaporative swamp cooler. He came out and said he would like to have the service for doing our large HVAC units; I told him this would come up in the Fall, and I would keep him in for doing that. He emailed me a quote for doing the kitchen's 7 exhaust fans and evaporative swamp cooler. I got approval from the non-profit's Board to move forward using his quote bypassing other quotes. I contacted him asking to schedule as soon as possible as he told me there was a possibility some additional repairs besides a normal service might be necessary, which I thought to be the cause myself. I was on a time crunch with only 5 weeks before I was leaving town and wanted to get all work done. He said he would get it scheduled. Nothing. I called. "Oh yes, it has been so busy due to the heat we are having, but I will get it scheduled right away." Nothing. I tried two more times because I wanted to get it down for our volunteers who work in the kitchen and deal with the heat. Never a call, email, or text to schedule. But, trying to be the optimist, I called him when we needed an HVAC unit looked at and he said he would get someone out right away. Nick came and checked the unit, took the check for payment, but didn't leave a service receipt. And thus, I have not been paid back by the non-profit, none of the exhaust fans or the evaporative swamp cooler have been fixed. Working with another company now to get things on track. I strongly suggest NOT USING Delo Air!

After a few days of no response (first clue of poor communication), my husband called them to find out if/when we could get this done. Nick came out on a Thursday, spent almost THE WHOLE DAY working on it. He couldn't figure out what exactly was wrong. He told us to wait until after the weekend to see if anything changed. No joke, our air conditioner was sooo much worse than it was before he touched it. We spent the weekend with no air in July. So, at first, Nick tells us that we have 2 leaks in the system and he adds refrigerant (freon) to the system to hold us over till he comes back. It works for a few hours and then it started blowing out warm air. We call the home warranty to let them know and sure enough they say they have our parts and will install them Monday. He spends the whole day 9 to 330 and says I need to get to another call. It works a little better, but only when it's colder. So we call again, two separate times, and eventually the home warranty says we need to approve an order of a new evaporator coil (news to us, again, poor communication)! About a week later, they come back (without telling us they'd be back!) they replace the coil. It's now working sooo much better, wonderful! They say they'll be back the next day (Friday) to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Oh no, the next morning, the outside refrigerant line is completely frozen over! My husband takes a picture and sends it to them. They say they're going to send out a different technician to look at it. No show. We text to make sure someone is coming. No response. We call our home warranty, they call the company, the say someone will come out the next day. No show. Call our home warranty again. They leave a message and an email for this company to get back to us. NO COMMUNICATION! It's been nearly a month, and our issue has yet to be resolved! In conclusion, Delo air has incredibly poor communication and almost zero follow through. Please find someone else to service your air conditioner!
