After the 1st eye's IOL lens provided poor distance vision, he justified its outcome by telling me my Astigmatism was in a 1 % and my eyes were wacky. I paid extra for a Toric lens for the 2nd eye, but the distance vision is still blurry beyond 6 ft. Because I had a bad experience during the 2nd surgery and expressed my concerns the following day, I was told I made him 'feel like dirt' , 'I wish I'd never done your surgery', and accused of yelling at him even though I could barely get in a word during the so called 'discussion'. Also, following both eye surgeries, the 1% was changed to a 'bit of an astigmatism' and I was told my vision was great even though I'm essentially blind while driving at night. He does not seem to excel at refractive calculations and was rude, arrogant, and narcissistic with me. He told me to go elsewhere because I asked questions, but he was way behind me on that decision since I want a doctor who listens to and respects me.

Leigh and Susan were very good to me as were the others but I didn't get their names. Dr. Willman is excellent and he tells the truth but in a way that's not upsetting if that makes sense. Due to my eye condition there was no choice for me I had to do the laser, plus Dr. Willman had to chip away too. The staff make sure that you are comfortable with blankets etc etc. Plus they take them off when you get hot. Everyone was friendly and kind. I let everyone know that when I'm nervous I tend to talk a LOT but they didn't seem to have an issue with it. My actual surgery was scheduled for 11 but I didn't go back until 11:30. I had the best BP readings in my life at a doctor's office!! The nurse also used the vein that I wanted her too. Once she got the needle in my blood started going and went slightly overboard but she cleaned up everything making sure no blood got on my clothes. She even changed the dressing bc she said it was too messy for her liking! My follow up is tomorrow and my right eye is scheduled for 4 weeks. My eye feels irritated and scratchy under this big eye shield but not painfully so. I'll be glad for the shield to be removed tomorrow at the follow up. Fortunately, after searching around for hours I discovered Lilburn Family Eyecare and read the reviews about their Optician Troy Weber. I emailed him a few times, he provided prices and the estimated time of 2-3 weeks to receive the lenses, so I stopped by the office to see him. Troy was awesome, explained everything to me, and I provided him the frames, and later that evening I brought in my kids so he could take a measurement. This was a Friday, and because of after-school activities I was in a rush to get to their office before they closed, and I just missed it by like one minute, but he was still there and took the measurement. Troy sent off the glasses and surprisingly had them the very next week. Wow, that was fast. When I brought in my kids to pick up the glasses, Troy was speaking with a client and Dr. Amin went to get the glasses and made sure everything fit properly. He was very personable and knowledgeable making me feel at ease in a difficult situation.
