It was important that my kids received the exact same prescription lenses as written on their RX because they are needed for school. Fortunately, after searching around for hours I discovered Lilburn Family Eyecare and read the reviews about their Optician Troy Weber. I emailed him a few times, he provided prices and the estimated time of 2-3 weeks to receive the lenses, so I stopped by the office to see him. Troy was awesome, explained everything to me, and I provided him the frames, and later that evening I brought in my kids so he could take a measurement. This was a Friday, and because of after-school activities I was in a rush to get to their office before they closed, and I just missed it by like one minute, but he was still there and took the measurement. Troy sent off the glasses and surprisingly had them the very next week. Wow, that was fast. When I brought in my kids to pick up the glasses, Troy was speaking with a client and Dr. Amin went to get the glasses and made sure everything fit properly. Best of all, my kids love their new glasses, and they can SEE!!! Troy even recommended a product to use so that when my kids are in school wearing their mask and their glasses fog up, it prevents it (No Fog Cloth), and it really works. Optician Troy and Dr. Amin are outstanding and so is the front staff. If you are looking for a high-quality eye care center that handles everything, this is 1000% the place to visit. This is a very busy practice - always has been - and Dr Johnson and the staff are very capable of…read morehandling that volume - in fact, I do not recall ever having an appointment that was late - 01/14/2025, was no exception - i was seen for initial tests very quickly and on time - then i was sent back to the waiting room where i did sit for a bit longer than usual - and when in the exam room with Dr Johnson, we were interrupted on x3 separate occasions by the staff (again, highly unusual) HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED - there was an elderly patient who was in the middle of a potential medical emergency that Dr Johnson had discovered during the patient's visit - and Dr Johnson and the staff were doing whatever was needed to get the patient the treatment they needed - and the patient was not cooperating (due to costs i think) - so while they were trying to see me for my routine annual eye exam, they were serving the needs of a patient who was at risk and really did not understand it - and here is what was amazing to me - not only did they get the patient the care they needed, but they completed my exam, including ALL of the tests, and stayed until my visit with the optician (Aquiel - who is a whole other level of amazing on her own!) was complete - see, this was now after regular business hours - Dr Johnson and the staff continued to offer apologies for "my inconvenience" - which really was not much - this is a people centric practice (and they have updated their lineup of high end frames) - i highly recommend!

Dr Johnson is a very experienced optometrist and has a very nice bed side manor to examine your eyes. He incorporates high tech in the examination that eliminates the need for dilation but you can still get that if you prefer. Anyway. the whole process from paperwork,exam, etc. to picking out your frames is efficient and professional from the staff. Also, there is a wide selection of frames at different prices. Dr Esekhigbe's staff answered the phone right away and was very courteous. He immediately agreed to see me that day. He was very personable and knowledgeable making me feel at ease in a difficult situation. It made all the difference to be able to see someone on Saturday rather than having to wait for Monday or go to the emergency room. He saw me today for my follow-up and was so happy for me that my eye is healing really well. You can tell that he cares a lot. In the world of keratoconus it's hard to find professionals who are both knowledgeable and caring. Leigh and Susan were very good to me as were the others but I didn't get their names. Dr. Willman is excellent and he tells the truth but in a way that's not upsetting if that makes sense. Due to my eye condition there was no choice for me I had to do the laser, plus Dr. Willman had to chip away too. The staff make sure that you are comfortable with blankets etc etc. Plus they take them off when you get hot. Everyone was friendly and kind. I let everyone know that when I'm nervous I tend to talk a LOT but they didn't seem to have an issue with it. My actual surgery was scheduled for 11 but I didn't go back until 11:30. I had the best BP readings in my life at a doctor's office!! The nurse also used the vein that I wanted her too. Once she got the needle in my blood started going and went slightly overboard but she cleaned up everything making sure no blood got on my clothes. She even changed the dressing bc she said it was too messy for her liking! My follow up is tomorrow and my right eye is scheduled for 4 weeks. My eye feels irritated and scratchy under this big eye shield but not painfully so. I'll be glad for the shield to be removed tomorrow at the follow up. The surgery center was immaculate so bright and clean. I highly recommend CarlinVision!

He would reach out to shake my hand then proceed to wipe his hand on his pant leg in front of me which I thought was rude and was very short when answering my questions. But I came back home, mainly because they performed my LASIK and I felt my eyesight was detonating and I should start wearing contacts/glasses again. I came in to set up an appointment and the ladies there were really nice. The office is always clean and they have a huge waiting area with plenty of seating and refreshments while you wait to be called back. The lady (I didn't get her name) I spoke with suggested I see Dr. Thornhill, after I told her I would rather see a different doctor than the one I saw the past couple of times I was there. I am so thankful for her because Dr. Thornhill restored my faith! He was very charismatic, funny, and just overall great energy! He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He also recommended eye exercises I can do since I'm constantly staring at a computer screen during my work day. So if you are not sure which doctor to see, I definitely recommend Dr. Thornhill.

Dr. Flores's secretary was able to get us an appointment the following week and she was really awesome and very professional. My kids were able to see Dr. Flores and let me tell you, this guy is really cool. Dr. Flores absolutely loves what he does and it shows. He explains everything in great detail, has a sense of humor, educates you as he goes step through step, and answers all of your questions. Something that could be a scary experience for a child, he makes it as fun of an experience as he can. Dr. Flores does not use tropicamide either to dilate your pupils, which is wonderful, as they use a new device that does not require it. This is important, as you can leave the office and not have to worry about having your eyes hurting by the sunlight. His office uses an Optomap device, this digitally scans the retina, is non-invasive, and takes only seconds to complete. A thorough eye exam here is $100 as of 2022 and that does include the prescription. For anyone who needs an eye exam, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Flores. As for buying lenses and glasses, all of those are sold through Costco's, not Dr. Flores as he is independent and does not work for Costco's eye department. If you need lenses/glasses I would highly recommend going to Lilburn Family EyeCare and seeing Optician Troy Weber, he is the best in the area and will make sure your lens is the exact same as your prescription.
