As a former patient of roughly 20 years at this office, my only positive memory will be of their front office person Mave. Over the years little things have happened but the last straw was with their recent mistake they made no attempt to fix or acknowledge. As a teacher, I only have a couple days during the school year I can see the dentist. The past five years or so I've scheduled my appointment on the same days and time slots. Low and behold I get a text in December saying that I had an appointment at 9:30 am (during my finals) while on my phone I had entered 11:00 am that day I made the appointment. I called them and asked what was going on, the person hemmed and hawed and made no offer to fix their mistake so I gave up and said I'm leaving for a new dentist. Then they call me today .. trying to schedule an appointment for 3pm tomorrow. Again, during the school year but then bothering a former patient and trying to wrangle them back after they told you they want to go somewhere else? I've been seeing my new dentist Dr. Steven Lindblom for a few visits now, and every visit leaves me grinning (literally). From the moment you walk into his office, the vibe is calm, clean, and genuinely welcoming--no sterile dental dread here. Routine cleaning & polishing: His hygienist is a wizard with that gritty paste. My teeth come out feeling like they've been to a spa--squeaky clean, polished to a mirror shine, and zero sensitivity afterward. Dr. Lindblom pops in to check the work himself, always spotting the tiniest plaque I missed and giving practical flossing tips without the lecture. Cavity fill: When I needed a small filling of an old cavity, he walked me through the whole process - no surprises. Numbed me up perfectly (I felt nothing), shaped the composite in what seemed like seconds, and matched the color so well you'd need a magnifying glass to spot it. Zero post-op ache, and it's held up flawlessly. The crown I needed - hands down the star: I cracked a premolar on a rogue almond (don't ask). Dr. Lindblom recommended a porcelain crown, and I was nervous about the "temporary" phase. The temp he made on the spot fit like it was custom-molded by NASA. When the permanent crown came back from the lab, the fit was perfect--no gaps, no high spots, and the shade blended seamlessly with my natural teeth. He spent extra time adjusting the bite so it feels like my own tooth, just unbreakable. Eating steak again feels like a victory lap. What sets Dr. Lindblom apart is the zero-rush attitude. He explains everything in plain English, answers dumb questions without condescension, and clearly loves getting the details right. I went here because Dr.Lindblom is the brother of one of my high school classmates. I have no complaints about his actual care. He was great and so was the hygienist. But I will never go back- be careful what prices you are told. I was told my son's cleaning would be 100$ and they did things without asking me, like X-rays, fluoride etc. - ended up being $597.00, for his 100$ cleaning. And the actual cleaning was $142, not $100. I left in tears. I called another place to see what they charge for a new patient and a cleaning- $150. I feel like I was deceived a bit. I will not be returning. Just because I may live in an upscale area doesn't mean I have money to just throw around. Not happy. read more

I had to have a bridge removed (and replaced). The initial phase went very nicely (no pain whatsoever) with the replacement scheduled a few weeks from now. They accommodated my work schedule., explained in advance what they were doing inside my mouth, and kept me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I came in here for the first time for a regular teeth cleaning and it was the best session I've had out of all the places I go to. Which brings me to why I have to write a review about it. First off, parking here is a breeze because they have their own parking lot. Arrived to my appoinment 10mins early and they took me in right away. I notice the place is very well organized and clean which made me felt very comfortable. Throughout the whole cleaning session my hygienist, Chena, made sure I was doing ok & that I am comfortable which I really appreciate. After my teeth cleaning: I could not believe it was so painless . Usually the places I go tends to be very tough but here was literally painless and Chena did such a clean job that when I got home that night after eating alot of junk I still felt that my teeth was so clean. Plus I can tell Chena is a perfectionist which is why I will be returning every time to her for my teeth cleaning needs. read more
