Galleria Family Dental went above and way beyond my expectations. I had been to a previous Dentist and knew I needed a Crown, but they were no longer taking my insurance. I was referred to Galleria Family Dental by a friend of mine. I was impressed with the receptionist from when I first walked in. She was informational and very welcoming. The office was very nice and modern. Dr. Hahn put me at ease right away. They took ex-rays and they showed the same cracked tooth that I had on my previous ex-rays, from the other dentist. They had a cancellation that day due to inclement weather and informed me they could perform my crown that morning. He has a new technique of a painless shot of novocaine, and it indeed was painless. They made my crown on the spot and replaced my tooth within 1 hour. Dr. Hahn had also made me a new bite guard (a cool new smaller guard) that same morning. All of this was done within 1 1/2 hours, and I had no pain at all. The dental assistant was thorough, kind and pleasant as well. I love my new dentist and would never go anywhere else. My family has gone to Dr Hahn for many years. He is an excellent dentist with a compassionate, quiet, peaceful manner & office. It's unbelievable how he does the work with no pain. My husband had gone to a different dentist that took his work insurance & after paying out of pocket $2,000 for work done in one visit said that he needed another $2,000 worth of work. We had second thoughts about the information & my husband made an appointment to see Dr Hahn who told him that he only needed a little bit of work done, the rest suggested was cosmetic & not necessary. We took our young daughter who had a tooth coming in badly. She was terrified to go to a dentist, but Dr Hahn was amazing with her. Not everyone has insurance, & not all medical offices are willing to work with cash patients but Galleria Family Dental is one that does. We always know that Dr Hahn will give honest information and options for our dental needs. He never tries to up-sell or make something seem necessary that isn't. The first time I had ever gone to Galleria Family Dental was with my husband in July 2014. They treated him very well and did an amazing job with him. They were all very nice and explained everything to us. Today I had made an appointment with them because I was dealing with a possible infection. They got me right in and I couldn't have asked for nicer people and Dr. Hahn is awesome! I needed an extraction and we did it right then. I was a patient today at this Dental Office for a second opinion because my primary dentist has recommended a tooth extraction as the last resort for my case because the cavity is located below the gumline. Dr. Stephen Hahn simply asked me if the cavity was bothering me and I said no and then he went on and clean the outer surface of the cavity and proceeded with filling the cavity.
