We let him know that we were there to make arrangements for my uncle who had passed a couple of days before. He asked if we had an appointment and we informed him that we were told by the receptionist who answered the phone that walk-ins were ok, he informed us that that was incorrect but he would try to locate someone who could meet with us. The gentleman then called to the back to verify if someone was available to help us. After waiting in an overly warm, gnat and mosquito laden waiting area for more than 30 minutes, we were escorted to the back office by Matt. Matt was condescending, rude and spoke to us as if we didn't understand what he was saying and couldn't afford the services he was offering. He kept looking at his watch as if we were wasting his time. At which point, I started gathering my things to leave because I will not stand for someone treating me as if we don't belong there. I stopped listening to him after a couple of minutes but gave my family member time to ask questions and to find out more. The absolute second we left out of the building we both looked at each other and decided we were never coming back because of overall feeling of not feeling welcome by any staff we encountered that day and Matt, is the absolute nail in the coffin for us deciding never returning there again!

I really appreciated their funeral packages and the ease of booking a place, flowers, portrait, and food for my brother's memorial. The staff there are professional and also caring. They provided support that helped me and my family through a difficult time. Veronica helped to arrange all of the details and was very responsive to all of my inquiries and my families needs. I am very thankful for their support and I will never forget the wonderful service that they provided.

They guided me with patience and understanding every step of the way. They answered every question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. Modesto and Craig stood by my side from the time my dad arrived to Saint Johns Cathedral to Saint Peter's Cemetery. Modesto arranged flowers and photos at the viewing and it turned out so beautiful. He was very attentive to every detail like we were his own family. We had no flowers for the pallbearers to lay onto my dads casket (my mind was everywhere and this is one thing I did forget to do) Craig jumped into action and attached pins to roses and hand placed them onto every pallbearers dress shirt. And Scott, Scott was a blessing to us all. These are the kind of people they are! I will never be able to place into words the gratitude for them that I will forever carry.
