I've been using them for the better half of a year, I've used their daycare and overnight services and you absolutely couldn't ask for anything better. Prices are incredibly fair and cheap and the owners obviously love dogs and my dog would rather stay with them than come back with me(doesn't even turn back to look at me as he goes inside :"). They were one of the few daycares who were willing to respond to me about his medical accommodation and didn't make me feel guilty for asking and they are incredibly sweet people. My dog always comes back very happy and exhausted from playtime. I am a very anxious person who doesn't like to leave my dogs alone so it's a relief to have a place I can drop him off and know he's in phenomenal hands. We love y'all so much!

Here's our dog enjoying herself in the pocket of one of Steph's employees (she's only 5 lb).

We had a last minute change of plans that required us to find a place to watch our dog. Thank goodness we found Stephs Happy Dogs. We did a quick trial run and they did a great job. They sent us pictures of her enjoying herself with her new Doggy friends. We couldn't be happier. We recommend Steph's Happy Dog 100%.

Stephs is the best doggie day care place we have ever taken our dog. How lucky we are! 5 minutes from our house, it's really convenient. Dave and Steph have a true love of dogs as they take them in as guests in their home. One important thing is that I can fully trust our dog's safety and happiness here. We have used them for a week at a time while we are off on vacation and they are very accommodating. I can call at the last minute and they make me feel like our dog is part of their family. I would highly recommend Stephs to anyone who wants that piece of mind knowing your dog is well taken care of! "A happy frequenter" Debbie

This is not my first review of our beloved Dr G, and I just recommended her to 6 more people again just these past 2 weeks. I always say to people I give her card to: "you will discover she is an Earth Angel - if she moved to a different town, I'd take my pup there... When you find a great vet, they are Gold! She's not only compassionate, present and knowledgeable, but also she does not oversell." Besides all the regular check ups, Dr G. has performed 2 substantial surgeries on my pup in the last 8 years, and has been extremely kind, providing valuable reassuring step-by-step updates throughout, especially aware that I had lost my beloved first dog, (with a different vet), when he did not make it through the anesthesia... In the 8 years Dr G. has been our one and only vet; everyone I have sent to Dr G. has fallen in love with her, and has thanked me for the referral. I trusted Dr G and her small compassionate team with the euthanasia of my precious second dog, Handsome. She is truly an Angel on Earth. At her Chatsworth location, I love that she's created a lovingly cozy "home environment" for the euthanasia experience. That it so needed during that deeply emotional time, and more veterinary offices ought to follow her example. I found her many years ago when I was dissatisfied with a busy veterinary front desk in Sherman Oaks, after they had made errors in my first dog's chart. Unfortunately he passed, and I learned that finding the RIGHT professional truly makes ALL the difference. So yes, I drive from Sherman Oaks. Gratefully so :) I am thankful that my cherished pups are her patients. Her ethics, her care, her kindness, her knowledge, her integrity - she's our number 1!!!

Dr. Gonzalez was kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the euthanasia process. She ensured our dog's maximum comfort throughout, even creating a makeshift pillow so he could rest peacefully. We were heartbroken, but her understanding and gentle approach gave us comfort while making the process completely painless and stress-free for our giant furbaby. She was available the same day and brought in a caring team afterward to respectfully and compassionately assist with our 132-pound dog. The thoughtfulness, professionalism, and empathy shown by Gemcore made an unbearable moment a little more bearable. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a veterinary team that truly cares.

She seemed annoyed and in a hurry. She was late, so maybe she was in a hurry, so she wouldn't be late to the next appointment. If you're looking for a vet to come and be a vet and administer medications, you may be a good fit. If you're looking for a more compassionate experience, you may not be. One thing I had a major problem with was her decision to administer an oral sedative. I watched the video on her website to know what to expect. My experience was not like that video. I didn't even know an oral sedative was an option. She said she was going to inspect the patient to see what type would be best. I told her not oral. He hated oral medications. I didn't want his last moment to be forced to do something he hates. She insisted because supposedly the injection would cause pain. I should have insisted. Because my poor boy was so weak, he was out as soon as she administered the medication. His last moment was her forcing that nasty medication into his mouth, and then he was just... gone. I thought I would at least have a minute or two while the sedative was talking effect, to say goodbye. But, no. I obviously have no proof, but I felt like she did that because the oral would take effect quicker than the injection. I had a feeling the night before and morning of that I should cancel and look for someone else to come later that day, or the next day. I should have followed my gut. I wish I paid her $450 to cancel on the spot, as soon as I felt the energy was off. One reason I chose her is because I like the crematorium she partners with, and what they offer. However, when I called them, they said her pick ups are Tuesday and Friday. So, my cat being euthanized on a Tuesday would be sitting in her morgue until Friday, when they pick him up. Then, I would be able to do a viewing and "next day" cremation Monday. I couldn't bare the thought of my boy laying in a morgue all week. I opted to take him in myself. The second she told me she had a body bag for him, that she would carry him out in, I knew my decision was the right one. I took him myself that day, had a viewing for him the next day, and paid for same day cremation. Also, one reason I chose her was because of the clay paw print. But, I think it looks terrible. I am glad I opted for in home euthanasia. I would personally not use Dr Watson again. However, she may be a good fit for you

Dr. Shea was my guide in my time of need. When the final day came, Dr. Erica came to our home. She is this beautiful angel, with the most kind and gentle voice. She helped us walk our precious Stella over the Rainbow bridge in the beauty of silence, reverence, and peace, it was so beautiful. Dr. Erica sent us the most amazing sympathy card a few days later that touched my heart deeply. Honor Pet has not only been there throughout this difficult journey, but their kindness, compassion, professionalism and guidance have meant more to me and my family than they can ever know. Today, Stella is back home at her final resting place, where she belongs...they sent her home to us in this incredible Honor box which carried her remains, a mini glass bottle of her fur, a candle to burn if/when I need to feel her presence, a digital print of her beautiful little "chocolate chip nose" we all loved and adored, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in her honor, and a letter conveying their deepest sympathy for our great loss. It was all so overwhelming and thoughtful. If anyone is faced with such a difficult decision as this, and you are like me, confused and doubting whether you're making the right end-of-life choice, I cannot recommend Honor Pet enough. I promise, you will be blessed and given the truth and confidence as to when that right time comes. Stella never suffered, because Dr. Shea went over her symptoms/behavior, but when she started showing signs that she was ready, I recognized them and knew. My Stella no longer is suffering... Saying goodbye to Ace was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, and you and Sunnie made it as peaceful and loving as it could possibly be. The way you cared for him--and for all of us--meant more than I can put into words. You took the time to talk with us and our kids. You explained everything in a way that made sense and bought calm. You made our children feel safe and supported no matter what they were feeling. That meant everything to us. You gave us space and time to say goodbye to our good boy in a way that was meaningful and kind. And the little touches... the blanket under his head, the pets and love you gave, the fur you kept and boxed for our children, the invitation for our kids to write a letter that will be with him forever, the calm and warmth you created--it didn't feel clinical, it felt like family. You gave us a moment we'll always be grateful for in the middle of so much heartbreak. Thank you for the love, compassion, and dignity you gave Ace and our whole family today. I am so incredibly grateful to Peaceful Pet Services for giving our boy such a loving and peaceful send-off. I truly can't recommend them enough during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face.

In a panic and google search, I found Jeff with Furry Freight who contacted me back immediately after my request for information. He was able to accommodate us extremely last minute--literally a day before our flight after multiple failed attempts with the other major airlines. From start to finish, he came up with multiple courses of action to make sure our dog got as close as possible to our destination within the timeline we needed. The handler who picked up our dog from our home was fantastic. He was calm, great with our pup, double-checked all of our paperwork, and made sure we were confident before sending him off. Both the handler and the company kept us updated with pictures before the trip, during progress checks, and even after he was loaded.
