My kids have been with the TLE franchise for 3+ years each and their curriculum is not only fun for children, but engages them to think critically and exercise their problem solving skills. My three year old enjoys coming home and reading his library books at the end of the day, and my daughter would always vocalize how much she enjoyed her activity tables. My children have been to a total of 7 daycares throughout their lives, and this is the first time their experience has been great enough to write a review. It also has to be mentioned that the staff has cared greatly for me as a mom. As a working mom with limited availability, they have listened to my desires, been a shoulder to vent to, and they are just "real people" who "get it". I will be sad to leave this TLE family as we transition, but I know that any incoming families will be in great hands. They are the only daycare in the area that has hours that work with my extended shift work. My daughter is now 5 and back to having Ms Susan as a teacher again. She's transitioned through 4 rooms and will be heading to elementary school in July. We plan to us the after school program then too to ease with the transition of a new school. My main requirements when we chose Kindercare were that the hours fit within my schedule - my daughters safety - her happiness - and her intellectual growth. I have always felt my daughter was kept safe. When she was still in diapers she was always clean and never rashed. This was a concern for me because of her sensitive skin. For the most part she was happy, but like all tiny humans she's had great days and grumpy days. If I had a "wish list" for Kindercare it would be for more structured learning. Although, I can honestly say she's learning and growing being there as it is now. I feel confident that she is prepared to start Kindergarten in July. The staff has been so friendly during drop off and pick up. I always feel like they genuinely like my daughter. I really appreciate that when I have had a concern and raised an issue that I was taken seriously. And I saw immediate results or they let me know the next week what the findings were. Ex: Speed bumps in the parking lot, Bullying, Poor class content, etc. They even sat down and talked with me when my FIL was going through the Stage4 terminal cancer and I was feeling overwhelmed. I asked someone what one has to do to get a job, the person first replied "you have to be one year sober". Kind of an odd requirement but I like it. It shows to me that some staff, probably not all, have been in the shoes of the patients. They are open minded. They want to help others who were like them. I appreciate this place and what they do for people. My doctor, doctor Johnston is sure to help me. He says he takes his pregnant patients seriously. He takes every patient serious. But he makes sure that I never miss a dose of my medication. He makes sure I am taken care of. Ferrah, a community bridges worker, has done so much for me. She made sure I was seen ASAP. I had my in-take appointment Tuesday and they wouldn't have been seen again until Thursday. Instead, I was scheduled the next morning on Wednesday. Everyone here cares. Yes some have their own personality that maybe different, but everyone cares.

Despite months of trying to work with leadership, the issues were never resolved, communication was inconsistent, most incidents were communicated to us parents-to-parent and when we asked leadership about what happened their response was "who told you" over prioritizing resolution. We were ultimately forced to unenroll for our child's safety. We were also given conflicting explanations and very limited follow-up from administration. I'm sharing this so other parents can be aware and ask the important questions before enrolling. Our kids deserve transparency, accountability, and safe care every single day and in our experience, that's not a Primrose priority.

My daughter has been coming here for 2.5 years and for the most part has had a great time. She's made some friends and the teachers have almost all been great. Her current teacher Ms Andrea is so great, easy to talk to and is great with the class.My daughter likes going to school and has fun which is the main thing. So thank you to her teachers. However when we put my 2yr old in it did not go as planned. I spoke to about 5 different teachers the weeks leading up to him starting about him needing help on the toilet as he was still new to going to the bathroom as he literally just turned 2 the month before. they all told me "yeah sure, we can help him" "no problem" "that's awesome that he's in underwear,makes my life easier". Needless to say, each day he peed on his pants while sitting on the toilet (never an accident, always when sat on the toilet) Over the 5 days I spoke to 7 different teachers at pickup (which is a problem in itself) about him needing help pushing it down to pee, all said "ohhh I didn't know, I'll help next time" day 5 came and we'd had enough, my son was crying his eyes out at pick up, in a pull up (clothes were in his backpack). I asked the teacher in there if she helped him and she said " I just watched him". We were told from the director that she'd message everyone about helping him, and they will do hand over hand so no one was physically touching him (which I get, that's what I did in my old day care for 5 years In the potty training room),then on the drive home, 5 minutes later, they phoned to say no one would be helping him as the bathroom had no cameras, the room would be out of ratio and they just couldn't help. If I'd have been told that before starting him I would have waited until he was more confident going alone. It's such a shame that it happened as my daughter had a great time and her teachers I've encounter there were good. Ms Sarah, Ms Jessica, Mr Chris, Mr Aaron and again Ms Andrea, were all great, they get 5 Stars. Since I found this school by looking at reviews, my advice would be if you have a kid who can go to the bathroom alone, then go, but I would not go if you have a child needing help in the bathroom/not potty trained yet.

There is a ridiculous amount of work that is impossible to complete in time...because there is NOT ENOUGH TIME!! They are refusing to pay me because I was unable to complete my notes within 48 hours because I was working myself to death and driving all over the valley until 9 pm, multiple nights a week.
