    For two straight days, I requested appointments for a refrigerator repair, and both were confirmed…read moreby the company. One hour before each appointment I was contacted by the company via text saying they couldn't meet their commitments asking me to reschedule. You'd think that if a company couldn't meet a commitment, they wouldn't send a confirmation e-mail and follow on texts saying they'd be there at the appointed times only to cancel on short notice. I now have to find another company to fix my refrigerator. Please beware of this company since they have zero integrity nor commitment to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Hired for only an adjustable bed assembly, the bed leg was broken-multiple screws stripped, motor left unattached, walls need to be repaired and repainted, stairs and floors gouged and ripped up in some areas, rod iron stair railing torn from wall in the stairwell when taking up to bedroom. Both still not fixed. Paid separately for a person out of pocket to try and salvage the bed, as well as for paint and a painter. I have spoken to different people at Puls or the various local entities that send these "handymen" out, emailed and texted pictures to phone numbers given. Not one response although I continue to try and follow up months later. Damage in the thousands! Last response was Sept 24th Hi ******, we just received the photos that you sent. Thank you for your patience during this process. We are currently re-evaluating this situation, and once we come up with a proper resolution, we will notify you immediately. I have no more patience! I have had to involve an attorney. Told them this, and still no response. Very very sad company...

I purchased a connection wire but asked the front Greeter to help and she did.... I had what she chose in my hand and I still looked more and I noticed the one she gave me was 6 feet long and I noticed one for 5 feet long and I chose the shorter the box looked the same so I purchased it! When I brought it home it did not work so I drove back to return it! When I did.....the Cashier said that the Greeter that initially who gave me the right Wire Connection noticed I bought the wrong one and tried to catch me outside But I already left and so the Cashier had the Correct one for me and she tested it on my item I brought in and IT WORKED! The Moral of the Story..... BEST BUY EMPLOYEES KNOWS BEST!!!!! The two boxes were very similar and the photos the same on the Box and yet there was a slight difference which I did not notice! THANK YOU THE THAT GREETER WHO HELPED ME BUT ALSO THE CASHIER WAS TRULY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND THATS WHY IN MY EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE FOR ALL MY TECHNOLOGY ITEMS! I spoke with multiple employees at the store trying to get a simple answer and no one gave a shit. I honestly think it's racism, which is really sad, because the employees were almost all black and brown, and I'm brown. Maybe because I look middle eastern was why they did this: but it's an experience so bad that I won't forget it. Half a fucking hour. To his credit the original guy I spoke with eventually helped me - but it was half a fucking hour. Have some fucking pride in your work, don't be a piece of shit, don't treat one customer like they're garbage and the next like they're royalty. I'm also a business owner and yeah I'm sorry but your business is run like total shit in this location, guys. If the message was "Fuck you, we don't want to help you," have the fucking balls to say it to me, don't waste all of our time on it. This was in January btw. Fuck yourselves.
