First we discussed our goals for the project and he put together a solid plan with really good recommendations. Chad was flexible in trying to find a home for our networking rack and worked with the designer and contractor to determine the best spot. There was a lot of work done during the installation, but Chad and the team made it look easy. He walked us through the best speaker and TV placement. He also worked with us on determining the best spot for new Wi-Fi access points to improve signal throughout the house. Chad took care of all the inventory and brought it to the house when construction was complete and they could start. Besides all of the installation knowledge, one of the best things that Chad does is the post-installation videos. He made a series of how-to videos for us as a reminder on how to operate the new equipment. Thanks again Chad for all of your help with our new media setup!

Johann and his team were able install…read morea motorized TV Mantle Mount on my tile fireplace, and also patch a hole left by the versa box that was originally placed by the builder. They did a beautiful job! Johann answered all my questions from start to finish, explained things in a way that made sense to a non-tech person, and never made me feel stupid for all my questions. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his craft. You can tell he truly enjoys finding solutions and making customers happy. Moreover, it was obvious that Johann takes great pride in the incredible team he has built. Communication between him and all his team members was seamless. Each of the four members that showed up for the install were not only knowledgeable, but they were also kind and respectful. They treated my house with care, cleaned up any messes from the install, and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Not once did they make me feel rushed for asking questions. It's clear they love their jobs. Expect to get excellent service, immediate and clear communication, and fair prices. I called three other companies who were not as knowledgeable, could not do the job, or did not provide great solutions. Don't bother wasting your time, go straight to WH technologies! You won't be disappointed!

Upon initial visit we talked a bit on what our needs were and primary use. He then sent a few estimates with various components. He only uses quality products like Episode speakers, JVC projector etc. Once we set a date. Team smart homes came over and did quick work. We had our in ceiling speakers in the house up and working within a day. Day 2 they went to work on the media room. It was finished in a day and a half as well. They took care to clean up and mess that was made. We also had them convert our phone lines to internet lines. We had CAT5E lines running already to it wasn't a big chore but I was glad to finally have some use with those phone lines. We really love our home theater. Sound and picture quality couldn't be better. Also our Sonos music system with the ceiling speakers around the house is awesome. inside or outside you can control the music and volume with your phone/tablet. Highly recommend it. I say give Smart Homes a call. We are 100% glad we did. Their knowledge, professionalism, speed, and availability are second to none. Plus I like working with local businesses. Its a win win.

He assured us that he would guide us and show us what to do every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through the setup process. Luis was awesome and he handled the process with ease. He was very friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We love our new phones.     Poor Communication & Frustrating Experience for a First-Time Samsung Buyer…read more I've been an Apple user for over 10 years and finally decided to make the switch to Samsung with the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip 7. I preordered the Coral Red 512GB model on July 15th, excited to try something new and expecting a smooth process--especially since I ordered early. Today is the official release day (July 25th) and I was shocked to see that people could walk into the Samsung store and purchase the phone immediately, while my preorder was showing a pickup date of August 1st--nearly a full week later. This left me confused, frustrated, and honestly wondering why I even bothered preordering in the first place. I contacted Samsung support, and their only solution was to cancel my preorder and reorder at full price, losing all of my preorder discounts and Klarna financing terms. No one could give me a clear answer as to why my pickup was so delayed. It wasn't until my wife called the Samsung store directly that we finally got the truth: Samsung is fulfilling preorders in waves, and since I ordered on July 15th, I'm part of the second wave. They are currently only fulfilling July 9-11 preorders (Wave 1), and mine will be processed and ready for pickup on August 1st with the rest of the July 12-15 orders. That would have been totally understandable if Samsung had communicated this up front. But there was no clear explanation in my order confirmation, no heads-up emails, and nothing from customer service--just radio silence and vague timelines. I shouldn't have had to hunt for answers or feel like a lesser priority than walk-in customers just because I preordered a few days after launch. This experience has put a sour taste in my mouth as a new Samsung customer. It made what should have been an exciting switch feel messy, confusing, and disorganized. If this is how early, loyal customers are treated, I will never preorder a Samsung product again. Do better, Samsung. This rollout was a communication failure from start to finish.
