Here I was waiting for this guy to show up. Again, no communication. I messaged him 10 minutes before the scheduled time and he replies he is still planning to come but he is out of town until noon. He said a tree came down somewhere last night and it was an emergency. I would have understood if he had messaged me last night or even early this morning but not informing your client for scheduled appointment delays is a bad business motive. Now I have to find another electrician and now my project will be delayed. Bruce needs to understand that he is not the only person who is busy and has emergencies. I would not recommend Bruce and Thomas's electric company. As you can see from the pictures, Bruce never asked for my phone number nor did I ever provide him my phone number. For him to say thay he tried calling me 3 times explains how he runs his business.
