I typically don't like to leave reviews but I asked for a deep clean of the home, and for what she came and did I could've done it myself. It was absolutely horrible ! She used a swiffer, I literally could've done that myself. Please do yourself a favor and do not bother. My restroom was dirty, my living room was dirty, my guest room was dirty. You could see the stains on the floor and on the counters. I do not recommend at all. Upon further review, she didn't vacuum, didn't clean my blinds, I still found food on my carpet and dust everywhere. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and when asked she stated she turned on the lights and non of this was there. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

We hired them for a move-out cleaning so apartment was completely empty. They did an okay job at cleaning. We had to wipe down stuff afterwards. The sponge still swiped dirt and dog hair. We paid for a deep cleaning too. The floors and bathroom were clean. The part that was frustrating was they left with some of our cleaning products, we had some left there because at first we were going to clean but ended up hiring. They threw away our duster and left with our vacuum hose attachments so now we have to buy those. read more

I booked Veronica over a week ago, exchanged multiple conversations and confirmed booking. She messaged me the day before asking for my direct cell number. I gave it to her and asked her to text me when she can. I even asked for her opinion on when it is best for her to do the service. She confirmed day and time. Wednesday at 3pm. I even told her we are just moving in. We got our new place and was handed the keys earlier. Drove back out 30 mins to let her in on time. Sure enough it's 3:15pm, no word. I message her, call her, no where to be found. Then 3:50p she texts she has a fever. Would have been good to know that BEFORE hand. This lady did such a poor job at cleaning, I had to pay another person to finish her job. I requested a deep cleaning for one of my tenants to move in and she left the house FILTHY. I don't even understand how they could do such bad job when there was 2 of them. The tenant was so disappointed, there was larva and eggs in the window sill, cobwebs everywhere, even dead cockroaches in the drawers, which I specifically requested to clean. She said she would clean the walls, yet there were still bugs, dirt, and grease on the kitchen wall. I contacted her, sending pictures of proof and letting her know about the issue and she kept denying, saying she didn't even know me. Then she said that I should've said something right after, but how was I supposed to know when I don't even live there to begin with? I left my apartment in her care and she totally took advantage of the situation. How does someone have the audacity to accept the money for the work they never even did... WORST service ever. I hired Veronica for a move-in deep cleaning for my new 3 bedroom house and nothing looked to be touched. I moved from out of state and when I arrived with my two small kids the next day I could see thick spider webs on several locations, dirty light switches, dead spiders in window seals, and even found old food in cabinets. OMG! I hired Veronica to do a deep cleaning for my move-out. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Since it was being completely repainted and re-floored, she wouldn't need to do anything for bedrooms except wiping down the windows. Literally, I said she would only need to do the windows, tubs, sinks and faucets. We agreed on $160, I said I would happily add $40 more for tips for a good job. I came when she said she finished. I founded out that she didn't even have the right tools and products to do the cleaning! All she brought along were a towel, a steel scrubbing pad, Bar Keepers Friend. Where is the spray bottle? Detergent? Vinegar? Baking soda etc? My tubs, sinks, and faucets looked the same! She did clean my range hood, but it looked like that was all she accomplished in one afternoon. And she didn't even touch my refrigerator. The whole experience was a joke. I still paid her $160 but I said I won't give the $40 tips because this is bad.
