Amazing, it's the best word I can use to describe my all around feeling. I have always been very hesitant about having not only someone coming into my home but also rely on someone to clean my home. They were also very considerate and knowing whether we had any allergies. When mentioned that I have a one year-old daughter, they very kindly and thoroughly explained to me that their products are safe and ensure that her room would be properly taken care of. I have very high and unusual expectations and the girls who came today did an exceptional job. From the time I started texting in regards to a quote and service questions to their timeliness as well as the final price I was left upset not upset because something went wrong, but instead upset because I wish I knew of them sooner. Loved my cleaning lady, Viry. Shes amazing !! She did such a fantastic job! Spoke little English but was super polite and did her job and more. She followed instructions very well. Without asking she even took her booties off when she went outside to help me throw the trash out, than put them back on when she came back into the house. Now that's customer service. I needed someone to clean my apartment I've just kind of became overwhelmed with work school and kids and the clutter was an eyesore and I didn't know where to start. I called a few different companies and decided to go with White-Bubbles based on their reviews. The booking was easy and they arrived around the time that was specified. The 2 ladies worked very hard, I would periodically come in and see what was being cleaned and the progress but I let them do their thing. Unprofessional. Rude. Inconsistent. I initially had a decent relationship with this company. We did multiple cleanings. I am very particular so I wasn't 100% happy, but I know I have high expectations so it wasn't initially a problem. I wrote down a list of very specific items to be completed based on category and room so that everything was consistent every time, when I wasn't there to monitor. This still didn't work and there were a lot of details not taken into account even after I had marked them on my list. I didn't know what else to do to make sure my home was cleaned to my standards. They also told me they would take away my sheets and towels to wash and use their own and switch them back the following week. However, this was very disorganized because half of my items weren't there and half were and items became missing during the process. So this process, I feel, needs to be more organized to ensure all items are accounted for. It wasn't until recently when my bank blocked my account (because I was traveling internationally) that Maria became incredibly rude and refused to return my sheets until she was paid. I explained my situation and had never not paid her in the past - it just was an extreme situation. I explained I needed the sheets before a certain date and could pay her at the same time, but I had to drive to a meeting in LA at 12pm so it had to be as early as possible. She said 12pm was the earliest she could do. Maria texted me at 12:20pm after I texted her multiple times asking her ETA and she said "sorry traffic - will be there at 1pm". I texted her at 1:10pm and she said "I will be there in 5 minutes". She arrived at 1:30pm, did not apologize for being 1.5 hours late, and just held my sheets and towels in front of me until the payment went through. Once the payment went through, I checked the towels and noticed there were 6 towels missing. She proceeded to tell me "oh yeah we threw those away because there was blood on them, and they can't be washed" which 1. at least try to wash and sanitize them and 2. why am I hearing that you threw away 6 of my towels a week later? Overall Maria was the cause for the bitter taste in my mouth with this company. She was extremely rude, unapologetic and simply unpleasant to work with at the end. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel cheated walking into a dirty place after it was "cleaned" by professionals. Our standards of clean must be very different because after I clean my home there is no dirt left in it. The story is that I wanted my 1300sq ft condo cleaned before moving in. Mind you this is an empty unfurnished place that is well kept I didn't think it's so hard to clean. I gave them 2.5 hours for 2 cleaners. We haven't moved in yet so I went a week later to see what else needs to be done and how clean it was. The picture speaks volumes so judge for yourself. I clean with white cotton rags so I can see how clean/dirty it is. I started out with a brand new cotton rag as you can see in the picture. On the left is what it looked after wiping down the floors and actually washing the rag out with dawn and baking soda lol Not only were corners of bathrooms and living room untouched, but as I started wiping the floors the rags were turning dark grey. As I kept going through hallways and bathroom floors I noticed how much dirt my rags were picking up. At $65 an hour I would be ashamed to say I cleaned your home when your floors are still covered in dirt. I managed to wipe down master bath and shower floors thoroughly, as well as hallways and living room in under an hour and moving slowly as I am in the late stage of pregnancy. If I can clean those in under an hour there's no reason why two professionals couldn't in 2.5 hours. Needless to say, it's money wasted and I will keep looking elsewhere if I ever need someone else to clean my home. read more

I have a beautiful, pristine, 2-bed, 2 bath apt and expect the first time cleaning to demonstrate over-the-top attitude & performance, but not with this crew. They were over an hour late, when I pointed out a few dishes in the sink, one of the 3 interrupted me and practically yelled "We don't do dishes!" so, I continued what I was saying which was to please put them in the dishwasher. The response back to me was, "We don't turn the dishwasher on!" I told her I didn't ask her to turn the dishwasher on. They chatted constantly, failed to empty trash, failed to put sheets on when making a bed, failed to clean obvious areas in the kitchen, failed to put things back where they were, they wouldn't have cleaned several areas had I not reminded them. It took 2 people 3 hours for a bad cleaning (oh - and I asked them to clean only 1 bed/1 bath of the two) They wasted so much time and didn't think I'd notice?
