He did not respond to inquiries to see if anything was wrong; he had been telling me about back injuries and he struggles of being a new dad...so we thought maybe something was wrong. He only answered my call after dialing *67, but after hearing me say my name and asking what was happening, he hung up on me. Jason/Lee has our house keys and did not return them or the money he was paid. He also owes for a day in December that he said he was on his way and never showed up, then said he sent someone. I believe now that he may have been stealing from us all along. He even got a $300 holiday gift. It is very sad and disappointing to find out you have had a stranger in your home who you left alone and had access any time. Jason has decided not to answer calls or texts and has not returned the money he owes. We have had to pay to change our locks and notify our security and maintenance teams to not allow him in the building. I am filing a claim with the BBB; this is not how you conduct business.

This company led me to believe that they were going to come and clean my house today 04/07/2023 (The day before my party). I just called wondering where they are, as they had not yet called me to let me know they were on the way to come and clean. When I spoke with the guy who answered the phone, he told me he never received a text message from me and he had gone ahead and booked my time slot with someone else. On this phone call he let me know there is apparently another phone number that I was supposed to send the text message to. This information was never communicated to me on ether of the 2 previous phone calls, and now its too late. It's now nearly 3:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY PARTY and I have no one to come and clean my house. They did offer to come and clean my house tomorrow morning, however my schedule will not allow for that. My wife is pissed. Watch out for this company, I would absolutely not recommend trying to work with them, as they clearly have difficulties communicating and managing their own schedule.
