    if i could rate this disgusting business a zero i would. let's ignore the fact that their customer…read moreservice is the absolute worst. their call center (every agent i spoke to) doesn't know anything and they all say something different. the manager refused to come out of the office at the bwi location. so we ended up at this location.. and no manager. the girl at the front desk clearly didn't want to be there and she had no idea about the policies for the company she is working for. the real problem was how much they stole from us! they charged us three times for the full week of the rental upfront. we were promised the other 2 charges would drop off or be refunded within 10 business days. only 1 charge was ever refunded! they stole $650, first charge they stole and scammed us out of. next charge was when we came to turn the rental back in, we got stuck in a shelter in north carolina because of the horrible hurricane in the end of september! we tried to extend the rental online and over the phone and ask if there was anything they could do as far as the charges because we are stuck in a shelter due to a hurricane.. a severe hurricane! something we had no control over. they said no. even though i had documented proof and they could call the director of the shelter. plus they had an error too trying to extend the rental. they then said well just get the rental back asap and explain this situation to the location and they can help you. false! when we went to the location to turn the rental in, they wouldnt help us, infact they scammed us and robbed us. we explained they still owed us a $650 charge and that was like oh well. then they hit us with thousands in charges for the extra 6 days rental because they had an error extending the rental, and while we are in a emergency shelter during a horrible hurricane with roads shut down, they acted like it was pur fault and literally made us pay $3800 for 6 days! plus they still got us for the one charge of $650. today 3 months later, without any emails, calls, letters.. they charged our card over $2000!!!!!! and they wont answer the phone. $8000 for about a 2 week rental! where does this make sense?! we had 100% damages covered with paying any extra $50 a day for complete coverage through them and the car was returned in pristine condition.. so please tell me how the heck 3 months later can they decide to charge another over $2000?! i will be contacting anyone and everyone i can. the media, bbb, the attorney general. literally anyone i can! they owe us a boatload of money and i will stop at nothing to get it all back.

A taxi ride to downtown and back was gonna run about $100. Figured a car rental would be the way to go. I went to the avis/budget desk inside sears and Faizan gave me a good deal on the on the only car he had, a luxury SUV. With the rental, hotel parking fee and fuel, I came out ahead. Checking the car back in was a breeze. Weiney was polite and a pleasure to talk to.

It is a pedestrian friendly community and from time to time I travel beyond the boundaries of the neighborhood where alternative transportation is needed. Sometimes my rentals are for business and other times for leisure. Thankfully, a few years ago, I discovered the Avis rental facility at 4900 Boston Street. Oh, what a discovery, not only did I find a place to rent a car, I found service beyond compare. Every time I enter the office, whether I am greeted by Mimi or other employees, the level and standard of service is the same - - - excellent. I certainly hope this office never leaves the neighborhood and if a new office is ever planned or established in another area, the values held by employees and the manager in this office will provide the exact kind of service people long for. I've seen them in operation with me and with the rare and random customers who at times do not present their best self. Most recently a gentleman was in for a rental, and while I did not capture all the details of his situation, it appeared his insurance coverage did not cover his choice. His voice was elevated and even in that moment, the response to him was calm, measured and focused. Quite honestly, I was impressed. I think I would have invited the gentleman to consider another rental company, due to his tone and mood. But such was not the case for Mimi, she carefully guided the transaction with dignity and respect. I was impressed. Every time I am there, quality of care is given to help folk get in the right car to fit the needs of their budget and their journey. I can rent cars anywhere, but this type of service is not available everywhere. It's like seeing something beautiful over an over - however this time I decided not just to see beauty in service, I'm saying something. This is an awesome office and I along with many of my neighbors in Canton, am delighted they are here.

Lobby is full of unsatisfied customers. They attempted to place us in a vehicle that was not comparable to our current vehicle and blamed the insurance company. The insurance company originally said the rental car would be dropped off at the repair shop. After saying a car was ready we were then notified that it had a hold/recall so now we are still waiting 1:30hr later. As a long time enterprise customer I would not recommend this location at all. Other branches have been more efficient. This has been a nightmare, sadly we are out of pick up range for the other stores and our car is being serviced.

Although this location is very convenient, I have decided to cease patronizing it. I am willing to travel an additional fifteen minutes in the future, as I understand the importance of personal accountability.
