I've been around the block a few times. I have had numerous cleaning companies and/or individuals hired to perform house cleaning. I can honestly tell you, I've never, never, ever seen a house cleaning company or individual as good as Sterling Cleaning. And, I mean ever! I had Maria (Owner) over to view our home and give me an estimate to provide a deep cleaning. She was prompt, courteous and quick. She provided me an honest estimate. And, even though I had others who were cheaper, I thought that Maria presented herself in an honest and professional manner. I hired Sterling Cleaning to do the job. Her crew was prompt, courteous and proceeded to clean our home immediately upon arrival. The three ladies who came over were Raquel, Angie and Lu Lu. They were very professional and courteous. Not only did they do an unbelievably fantastic job, they were extremely thorough. I mean they cleaned everything. Every nook and cranny, from vents, to door jams, walls, floors, ceiling fans I mean everything... An unbelievable cleaning. Disappointed, initially impressed down to zero. Agreement made to hire on a monthly bases. No one ever showed up. Many tries to contact went unanswered . When finally answered, never showed up twice. Worst part was an employee complained that people who reside at our home did not clean because they did not want to. This is not why we contracted this business and I found this unacceptable. I was just driving in a construction zone where I was going a little under the speed limit since there were workers near the road, and one of the Sterling drivers were speeding up behind me, and were tailgating me, almost pushing me to drive faster when obviously there were people present on the road. When I drove off in a different street, they sped up a good 10/15 miles faster than the speed limit which is VERY dangerous with people on the roads. read more

Working full time with a baby and 3 fur babies, it's hard for us to stay on top of the house. Maria came in for a quote and was super kind and very fair with her pricing and explanation of the services. We had the ladies in for an initial deep clean and when they were done, we were amazed with how thorough they were. For days after they came, we were finding random places and things that they had cleaned. The attention to detail is really great. Maria came through for us, both when we moved into our new home and moved out of our previous home. Let's start with the new house. Maria was able to go through in great detail and prepare our home for moving in. One example of how thorough she is...she cleaned the window and closet door tracks. That was in addition to everything else you would expect, but Maria went above and beyond. When moving out of our previous home, the closing date got moved up. Despite trying to keep the house clean for the time we lived there, there were areas that needed some TLC when you remove everything from the house and you see each room empty. Sterling had been cleaning for us for over a year. The initial deep clean was more but the monthly amount stayed the same. We were very pleased with her team. Then she sent someone I had not seen before. I noticed this person was on her phone many times. The other team had never done that. When she said they were finished, I gave her the payment and a tip for her and the other cleaner. She then told me they were charging $110 more today. So I called Maria and she said that was right. I told her I would get back to her. I called her but got no answer so I texted her and asked her to call me. She never did. To make matters worse, things were done hit and miss. It was a really lousy cleaning. First time that had happened. When it was time for the next cleaning, Maria texted me and said they would not clean for us anymore. She won't answer a text or take a phone call. I am so confused about what happened and the fact Maria won't get to the bottom of it with me. I have used Maria and her staff for two months now and I have been completely satisfied with their service. The ladies that come to my house do a wonderful job cleaning in all areas of my house. We have a large house so cleaning it takes a lot of time but the ladies do not rush the job. They work on getting everything done regardless of time. I have used many local maids and cleaning services in the last 16 years living here in Temecula. They have been the best so far. Additionally, if I add an area to clean such as our patio island BBQ counter, they are happy to do so.
