Krzyzak Eyecare was recommended more than anyone else, so I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy that I did. It did take a few months to get in there initially, so if you are reading this and thinking about schedueling an appointment, plan accordingly. While I usually hate waiting, I considered this to be a good sign that people are happy here and that I was making a good choice. For my exam, I met with Dr. Michael Krzyzak, who I felt was very personable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what the best options were for my situation. After the exam I met with the absolutely wonderful Alicia, who helped me pick out my new frames and was very thorough in making sure that she had the perfect measurements for my new progressive lenses. When someone knows what they are doing like she did, it adds a whole new level of value to buying your glasses in house, rather than online. And when I came back to pick up my new glasses, she made me feel like a VIP even though I am new to the practice. The whole experience was everything that I could have asked for and I'm so grateful to have found an eyecare team that I have complete confidence in and will now stick with.

I called after 2 weeks and they we not in. I called a few days later, still not in. they kept telling me they didn't know why they we not in. All I kept getting was NO ANSWERS!! I asked why didn't they call their vendor. 4 weeks later glasses came in I opened the glass case put a soft cloth on them to clean and the frames broke in my hand. I will never go back to these Jokers again. There are many good eye care places in our area, this is not one of them!!

This company lured me into their doors with the classic bait and switch technique. Just wanted a…read moresimple eye exam and to replace my glasses after I stepped on them and ruined them. I called around to see which doctor accepted the insurance that I have. These folks at Dr. Wangs office said SURE! we accept that- come on over. BEFORE the eye exam an assistant saw that I clearly needed glasses from all the tape and wire that I had holding these completely visibly scratched lenses in place and said so in a joke( that was fine- no worries there)She immediately; before any work was performed, went into the SAME spin that I received over the phone-"no problem"-something along the lines of " we send it in and if they don't cover it-not to worry- they will just bill us $30 that I would have to pay" That was the same thing that the original person on the phone said which is why I chose that office. Exam was just fine by Dr. Wang but I figured I would then just go and pick out some new frames. Sure I expected them to be the lower end product but NO, the optometrist on site looked at me like I was crazy. I recited what I was told and he even went back to the assistant who sold this line to me and she DENIED it. I went home with no glasses. I used the companies website and Dr. Wang's email to express this so that an OBVIOUS adjustment could be made in the way they handle business but she did not see fit to respond after two out reaches. I instantly felt like I had been doing to Sterling Optical for years and it was first eye exam and new glasses shopping. I wanted t something new exciting and kind of not my usual pick for eyeglasses. Anna and other teams pulled out 4 different pairs of glasses. One being a thick red set. I didn't like the first set but another went girl in the back and brought out another red pair. And oh my gosh they were amazing. The exam process was done by the apprentice - Izzy (sorry if I spelled this wrong). was asked first if it would be acceptable for Izzy to conduct the eye exam process. I said yes. The video technician and ophthalmologist visit also went smoothly. They said would "make us happy" and offered a refund, but then refused to answer many phone calls, emails, and letters when we asked for one. It is insulting to be treated by Clarity in such a dismissive and deceptive way. I have never been treated in this way by any business. I wish I could give Clarity zero stars and sue them in small claims court.
