I had hoped to run an errand while surgery was being performed, but can't do that as i am being held hostage. Having had multiple outpatient procedures at multiple different facilities who have not required "imprisonment", I am amazed at the lack of considerat I on for my time. In some of my prior experiences, I even had different people drop me off and pick me up!!!!! In addition, the waiting room temperature is unbearable. I would not reco.mend this facility to anyone based on the total lack of concern for family members.

I also asked for a glasses adjustment and did not receive one. Overall, the communication felt rushed and impersonal compared to other locations I've visited. I have been with Sussex Eye for many years and have always been treated very professionally. The techs are knowledgeable and will tell you what they are doing and why. The doctors explain how your eyes have changed from year to year and will tell you if new glasses are necessary or not. The office is great. At one time it was necessary for me to go to a different office and the care was just the same. When setting my next appointment I asked if I could go back to the Georgetown office and they said sure. I would recommend Sussex Eye to anyone looking for great eye care. read more

The transfer was anything but smooth. COnfusion in prescriptions and the number of refills left drove me crazy. Getting refills is a whole different problem. I've dealt with several other pharmacies they all have their quirks, but Sussex has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have a choice of pharmacies it's advisable to avoid this one.

My husband found "Smiles by Higgins and Holsinger" in Denton, MD. They do everything, from soup to nuts, including sedation dentistry; however, their sedation dentistry is oral, not intravenous, and, therefore, safer. Their business is state of the art and the site upon which they built their business is gorgeous! Dr. Holsinger is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 68-years old. The work he does is flawless, truly PAINLESS and over with before you know it. I cannot accurately convey to you how finding a dentist I look forward to seeing has changed my life. Had to file a grievance against his company today as supervisor Rick and Leanne Because they could…read morenot hold up their end To get me an MRI that I Desperately need, They sent me to Physical Therapy For six weeks So that I could get my MRI , But when Physical Therapy was over it's literally took months for them to tell me they can not do my mri because I am clostphobic and there is no doctors or hospitals in state of Delaware whom can put me to sleep to do so, Salisbury Maryland is able to do it thru my insurance but Sussex pain relief refuses to send me there. They will not do prior authorization with pgh hospital, Dr Anthony has down played it and said he can send me for a cat scan even knowing my problems are deeper than that , the refusal to help me when I have been in pain for year and a half is insane , the whole left side goes numb and pain radiates thru my body every day and it upsets me that with people like Rick and Leanne not being able to do a job is Crippling me. I am hoping the grievance Open some eyes and will be able to help people in the future. People who are Claustrophobic or have other disabilities should never be told that they can't do anything for you. Rick you are a supervisor, you need to take the time to fix these issues or maybe your not in the right work.
