Captain Liz was great. We went out on a sunset cruise last week and it was perfect. Captain Liz was extremely knowledgeable and the boat was perfect for the 6 of us (3 kids and 3 adults). We added the optional charcuterie board and it was a perfect snack although you don't need to necessarily as she had the boat well provisioned with included snacks, soft drinks, water, beer and champagne. I have been on lots of day charters and many captains don't want to really sail as it is easier to just motor around and not mess with sails and rigging. Captain Liz immediately got the sails up and let my 14 year old daughter take the helm for a good 30 minutes. We saw lots of seals and sea lions along with all sorts of low flying military aircraft flying in and out of North Island. I picked Captain Liz because of the reviews I saw on YELP and she lived up to all of them. Truly a cant miss trip with a top notch operator. You wont be disappointed read more

I LOVED this trip! My colleagues were in town, and we booked this for a two-hour morning sail. The boat is beautiful, and Captain Liz is fantastic! She is cool, calm, and accommodating. All the things you want in a captain! We went out to the Ocean/Cabrillo side and saw some seals and even a dolphin being trained by the navy! Captain Liz was a great captain from start to finish. Captain Liz was great with communicating with me all the way up until we boarded the Mojave. Very clean boat, she provided a variety drinks and snacks but we also brought our own beers and drinks and snacks. Lots of space for 7 of us. Captain Liz took us around the Harbor and had some history stories about the ships in the harbor and her personal story was cool to listen to as well. She was very friendly and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. We did the sunset tour from 4:30-8:30 and it was nice to see the harbor in the day time and sunset and at night, great views, lots of picturesque opportunities. Captain Liz was great and I would recommend her charter to anyone looking for some casual family fun on the sail boat. read more
